I buy the whole milk for my kids and I love that I can find the lactose-free milk at our local grocery store.

Since I discovered I’m lactose intolerant I tried a little bit of this milk and my tummy seem to handle it very well.

I use it for my coffee because I am lactose intolerant and can’t have regular milk. I like the taste it has unlike the regular milk.
