I love Lactaid milk. I am not lactose intolerant, but I still prefer Lactaid over other milk products. So does my family.

Both my kids are lactose intolerant and this is the a great milk alternative. I have grown to love this milk than the taste of regular milk

My husband and I now in our late 70's have been using lactaid milk for years. We even make our own plain yogurt with it.

I really liked this because it was definitely closer to the flavor of regular milk compared to the two percent. I would recommend!
