My daughter is lactose intolerant and this is the milk she enjoys drinking. I tried oat milk and almond milk for her to drink but no luck. This is the only one that works for her so I’m glad I found something.

As someone who struggles with lactose intolerance I can tell you that if you miss the taste of real milk this is where it’s at! Literally Lactaid reminds me of a sweeter whole milk. Definitely worth trying and buying.

I use this just like you would use regular milk. I use it in everything. It doesn’t hurt my stomach like regular milk and it tastes just like regular milk. Lactaid is so good!

Our son started having some issues with his stomach when he first switched to milk. We eventually tried Lactaid and he drinks it completely fine. It tastes just like any other milk to me! And I love that it lasts a little loner as well!

This tastes just like milk (although maybe a bit nuttier?). I love that it has 13 g protein per cup. I use this in my coffee every morning. It’s loaded with good stuff and you’d never know it wasn’t milk! I definitely recommend.
