I definitely recommend these for people with lactose issues, this milk is yummy and filling. It lasts a while so you really don't need to worry about it spoiling before you drink it all.

I use lactiad in place of milk in any recipe that call for it. It’s perfect for cereal! Even though it says whole milk, I will definitely say it is closer to skim because of the lack of lactose obviously.

This is the only milk my kids can drink that doesn’t hurt their belly and they love the fresh taste of it unlike other milk brands. It’s a great and healthy way to start our day

Tastes very rich, creamy! I really enjoy having cereal/milk, snacks/ milk, sandwich and milk! I am 68 and do need my vitamin D3. I also have the tablets for traveling.

My youngest son is lactose intolerance so we only get lactaid.. I highly recommend lactaid for anyone that has a milk intolerance! I love the lil cow on the front and its smooth milky taste without the milk ingredients that would cause tummy issues.
