LACTAID WHOLE MILK!! I use lactaid when I’m making food for my friends who are lactose intolerant and it works incredibly well every time. Rest assured that the ingredients don’t betray your stomach later on.

I can't drink regular milk. This is my only way that I can have milk. It taste good too. I also use it to make milk shakes ice cream and coffee milk. To make coffee milk I use 12oz milk, instant coffee, sugar to taste then shake.

It's my first choice when I need a lactose free milk product. I don't like drinking nut milks but know that these health benefits to not consuming cows milk daily or in high quantities.
