Definitely I love this Milk my husband and I are lactose intolerant and this is the best of the world now we can drink milk and stay healthy no worries for lactose I highly recommend.

Here at home my husband and my both kids have lactose intolerance. I’m the only that can drink cow milk. After trying all the brands offered I think this is the one that is most similar to cow milk.

My go to milk! Even though it’s a little pricey compared to off brands lactose free milk it’s still really good. I wish the taste was a little closer to almond milk but nonetheless I’d still recommend this milk
