Too expensive
This little truck is too expensive for what it does just know your paying for the brand rather than what it does because all it does is a little sound not even lights or anything

Great Toy
We bought this for my son's birthday a few weeks ago and he loved it. Item is very sturdy and well built. He has played with it constantly since receiving it. Works great 28th the Paw Patrol vehicles. Great purchase.
Needs more...
I received this toy as part of a promotion from the brand. My daughter was excited about it, but there are several pitfalls. You can't press the noise button when the top is closed, when you open it, it often tips over, and it only comes with one figurine, which is Ryder and his ATV. For the price, it would be nice if it included at least one pup and their rescue vehicle. Considering the price, and how simple it is, its a mediocre toy and I wouldn't be likely to recommend it to a friend.
My son's new favorite toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Paw Patrol Paw Patroller for my son for his 2nd Birthday which was this past Sunday. He loves anything that has wheels and he can push around, he is obsessed with cars and he also loves Paw Patrol as do many children his age so I just knew he would absolutely adore this Paw patroller and I was right. He spends hours every day since he got this playing with it. It does say it is recommended for children aged 3-4 however there is no small parts that would harm my son and since he is advanced for his age I find this toy to be age appropriate for him. The paw patroller is very large in size which is why my son loves it so much and it is very durable he has actually sat on top of it and pushed himself around on it and it held his weight perfectly fine that is how durable it is. It is made of a very heavy duty thick plastic. This paw patroller makes noises and the batteries are included with it so you will not need to purchase batteries which was nice. It also comes with Ryder and his Rescue ATV. The Paw patroller opens up in the front so you can put guys/pups in the front and the entire back opens up to reveal an interactive command center and there is a stand in the back/side which holds the top up so children can play in the inside of the patroller without it falling down. The patroller can hold up to 6 paw patrol vehicles when open and 3 when closed and there is also a landing pad for a chopper. I also purchased my son along with this patroller 4 of the paw patrol vehicles that come with their characters for his birthday and he just loves storing them in here and playing with them with his paw patroller. There is also a lift in the inside of the paw patroller as well, which he loves to lift the vehicles up on. The lift slides smoothly up and down and it is very easy for little hands to maneuver. This is the perfect toy for any paw patroller lover as I am certain your child will get many hours of enjoyment out of this set just like my son does plus it is built to last.
This one is a winner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You would normally think this is a “toy” for toddler boys, but actually my toddler grand-daughter really enjoyed playing with this truck, because it allows her to manipulate the “elevator”. She enjoys making gadgets move. It helps that she loves the TV show Paw Patrol, but the great thing about the Paw Patrol 8-wheeler is that it opens up and has a pop-out stand that holds up the platform for the ATV to be "worked on" inside. That's the tricky part for her, is understanding that she has to push in the bottom flap to close the panel on top of the truck so it lays flat when she closes it up, unless there's something she's missing? Other than that, she's really enjoying everything else about it. Basically, they take an ordinary truck and transforms it into a platform for make believe. She really enjoys how the front of the truck folds down also and that she can put the main character in the driver's seat. His hands are already in grip mold so he can hold onto the motorbike once he's placed onto the seat. About the only that would have been nice, is having more of the dog characters included, but I'm hoping they are sold separately? I would guess it would have cost them more if they were included. As for the inside, they include facade stickers for the "owner" to design the walls inside the truck by themselves. It also has a good amount of sound effects that come from a couple of buttons on the inside of the truck. She loves pushing buttons, too, so that's what makes this one a winner!
Mixed bag of good and okay.
Full disclosure: I received the product as part of promotional test marketing but this is an honest review. My son wasn't really into Paw Patrol when we got this, but he loves trucks. He was super excited to pull this out and play with it. The only problem was the picture on the box makes it look like there's far more included than there really is. What was most odd about the package is that it's called "Paw Patrol" but this particular toy doesn't include any dogs -- just the boy with his quad bike. The rest must be purchased separately even though the front of the box prominently displays all the extra purchases and then really small tells you what is actually included. Even so, the truck is really big and he plays with all sorts of other things inside the truck. The opening mechanism works nicely and is pretty sturdy. The only other problem is that, for a 3-year old, the elevator is far to hard to operate. When you slide it up, you have to pull reasonably hard to "click" the elevator at the top position or else it slides down. If you pull with one hand, the whole truck will flip over. So you need to use two hands, one to hold the truck down and the other to pull up on the elevator. This is too complicated for a 3-year-old to do. This has been a source of unending frustration for my little one. However, he clearly likes it because he plays with it all the time and has even started watching Paw Patrol on Nick Jr.
I would definitely recommend this toy!!
eceived this product to try as part of a promotion through BzzAgent and it was an INSTANT hit with both my girls aged 7 & 9. It was an instant hit with me as well because it comes nearly 100% assembled! All you have to do is clip a couple seats in and add the stickers (which my kids love to do!). The other thing that made it a hit for me were the sounds. They're not too loud and it's not an annoying sound that drives you absolutely crazy. I'm not praying for the batteries to die or sneaking the batteries out like some other toys we have! Haha Both girls are still playing with it daily and we've had it for just over a week now. The novelty didn't wear off after a day which proves it's a winner. The girls have been able to play with this 1 toy without fighting over it which is SO nice!! 1 is the driver of the patroller and the other is the driver of Ryder and his vehicle. It's a toy they can play with inside or out which is nice as well. It's a large toy so it's great you can store the extra vehicles and characters inside! The structure of the product feels sturdy and well made. I don't expect it to break easily which is definitely something I look for. We all know kids can be rough on their toys!
My 4 yr old loved it
My 4 year old son was in love when I brought the box out for them to play. He was screaming "this is so awesome" He hasn't watched paw patrol in awhile and that didn't matter. The idea was that it was Big, a truck and made noises. My 2 year old who never watched the show was equally enthused with playing as well. I appreciated that there wasn't anything to put together except placing the seats in the cab and stickers. Our back ramp on the truck did snap off when we first opened the package, but it was easy to snap back on and we haven't had any issues again after 2 days of playing. My 4yr old didn't have any issues using the elevator feature and making it click, but the 2yr old did. He wasn't really focused on using at an elevator but more of how much noise can I make by going up and down with the handle which is the goal of most 2yrs olds. We had already purchased some pups before receiving this and that just made it more fun for the boys. Pro: 2 kids can play at once without fighting Pro: Accessory stickers are not flimsy, if you get it crooked you can peal it off (if you didn't apply pressure) and realign it Pro: Very durable toy that can take the beating of any child Con: getting the elevator handle to "lock" in place may be difficult for younger kids but doesn't affect with playing Con: Came with Ryder only but the packaging looked as if you would have more We received the toy for test marketing purposes.
Grandsons Loves this truck.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Paw Patrol mPaw Patroller truck is a really great toy. It is alot bigger than what I thought it would be by looking at the picture of it online. My grandson absolutely loves it. He is a huge paw patrol fan and aslo loves trucks and anything with wheels. It took maybe 5 minutes to get it set up and ready to go. All that had to be done is put the stickers on it and snap in the seats that go in the cab of the truck. That's it, ready to go. It comes with Ryder and his ATV. All the other Paw Patrol pups are sold seperately, about $12-15 each. There is a badge on the side of the truck that makes truck sounds when you push it. You turn the badge to unlock the truck. Inside, there is an elevator for the vehicles to be transporter to the top row. You use the lever to bring them up and down. It will hold 6 pups with their vehicles when it is open. It holds 3 comfortably when closed. My grandson likes to put all his other trucks and cars inside of it too. There is a ramp on the side and the back for the vehicles to ride on. The ramp in the back doesn't stay closed all the time, it keeps popping open so my grandson has to keep closing it. That is the only fault I have found with it. When you open the back of the truck, a kickstand opens on the back to hold it up so it doesn't fall over. You do not have to open the kickstand, it opens automatically. It would have be nice if there was more than just Ryder with his ATV included but at least they are not too expensive to purchase. Unloess you purchace everything at once, the truck with all the pups and vehicles. Overall, the Paw Patroller truck is a great and durable toy with lots of fun, not only for my 3 year old grandson but even for my 8 and 10 year old grandsons. Definitely a must have for Paw Patrol fans
