Great TV; art feature a little challenging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, really enjoying the new TV. Only one issue that I've experienced is with the art feature. I loaded my own photos to use as the art. When loading them, I was able to zoom into the picture such that it expanded to fill the entire 65" screen; however, when I to to the "my art" section to select a photo, it's size doesn't expand to fill the entire screen so it looks odd. Trying to figure out how to resize the photos to fill the screen has been unsuccessful and frustrating. Would welcome some instructions on how to do that.

Crisp picture quality

So crisp you can hear the crunch of vivid picture quality and feel the coolness of color that just says see me now.

incredible, top of the line

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not found anything this TV will not do, the picture resolution is out of this world, and the sound quality is superb. The selection of the art is awesome and easy to change along with the border matt. The bluetooth remote is so easy to use and is very fast. My whole family loves our new Samsung Frame.

Love my new FRAME

We bought the Samsung Frame about a month ago and I could not be more happy with it! The colour and brightness for viewing is fantastic. I am not one to like the look of a tv being the focal point in a room, and that is why I am loving my new artwork!

Samsung TV the frame absolutely stunning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung tv the frame you've never seen other tv or brand. The features very friendly use easy to operate. The most I like is the Art speacially if you mounted the wall it is hard to recognise if it's real painting art or The frame.

The picture 55”

Tv looks good and works as it should the only downside is the SmartThings app quit working on my iPhone 6s about a week after I bought the tv so using the art mode on my phone no longer works , making adding my own pictures option obsolete, the app keeps crashing

Beautiful picture. Disappointing app.

I have had the frame tv for a few months and while the picture and features are very good. It has been extremely frustrating trying to use the Samsung SmartThings app with my iOS phone. It says the tv is offline when it is clearly online. I have tried to find solutions on line. None have worked. I also have the Dacor fridge and cook top with similar issues. If you buy the Frame TV do so knowing that the integration throthe app is not as promised.

Buyer Beware

I purchased the 75 from an authorized Samsung dealer. Upon opening the TV installing it on the wall I noticed I was missing the two M8 screws and pads to attach the brackets to the TV and the pads to balance. I reported the issue to the store I bought the TV from Monday morning and they proceeded to say they would report to Samsung. Two weeks went by and I had not heard from the store or Samsung so I called Samsung. After 30 minutes on the phoning filling out a report for the missing parts I was told to speak to customer service. Customer Service proceeded to tell me that I did not report the missing pieces within 48 hours as such I had to follow up with the dealer. I was blown away...a $3,500 tv that is missing two screws and pads worth less than .50 cents and I was being told to pursue this on my own... You would think buying through an authorized dealer would be sufficient coverage for a product of this price range but obviously not. I would not recommend any Samsung products given their position on after market service. Frankly, I would avoid the products all together as this is clearly a sign of a systematic approach to service.

Awesome for displaying photos.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Automatically turns on and off so you're pictures are displayed only when you are in the room. Also have 32" frame and an automation so when the 65" frame sees motion it turns 32" frame on and off.

A Piece of Art

I really like that it sites flush to the wall, it doesn't look like a TV when it's off (the art mode is fantastic), and the fact that I can run a single cable behind the all makes the cable mess almost nonexistent. The included wall mount is easy to install and it works well for levelling. One criticism so far is that I would expect a larger gallery selection in the included art pieces without a monthly subscription especially because the price of this TV can be quite high. Samsung owes this to its paying and loyal customers.
