[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was excited to receive my new 65” frame TV in my new house. After waiting for it to finally arrive I find out it won't even turn on. Now I'm stuck staring at a brand new expensive black screened TV waiting weeks for any offer to repair by Samsung. At this point I'd go with any other TV. Have never had an issue with Samsung before but after this experience I'm switching to a new brand for my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave my old Sony away because it was 8 or 9 years old and I figured it was time to upgrade. Remote is small and so skinny it is hard to actually hold in your hand and is not backlit so you need to have the room light on to use it! Remote has very few actual controls so to make any adjustments you must do it by moving through a series of screens on the TV instead of just pressing a remote button. Yes, it does respond to voice commands, but when I start talking to the TV my wife answers - like if I tell the TV to change the channel my wife will shout "change it yourself." I think I'm done with Samsung
