This frame tv is everything I had hoped for, such a great addition to the bedroom. Easy flat wall install, although I did scratched the back of the tv a little trying to get it attached but not visible once it's installed.

Freezes

I bought this a month ago and it constantly disconnects from the internet. I also have to repeatedly unplug the TV to do a full reset as the TV has frozen. Should not have to do this with a brand new top of the line TV.

Beautiful TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mounting on the wall was not that difficult.It's well-suited for watching TV shows and sports due to its high peak brightness and decent reflection handling. It has a great response time, 120Hz refresh rate, low input lag, and VRR support, making it a good option for gaming and use as a PC monitor. It has a high contrast ratio to produce deep blacks, which is great for watching movies in the dark, but sadly, it lacks local dimming, and it doesn't get very bright in HDR, so highlights don't pop the way they should. It uses a VA panel with an outstanding contrast ratio, making it great for dark room viewing, but its viewing angles are sub-par, so it's not the best choice for wide seating areas. It has a great response time and a Black Frame Insertion feature to deliver clear images in fast-moving scenes, and it can interpolate lower frame rate content to make motion appear smoother. Unfortunately, it lacks local dimming, and its HDR brightness isn't enough to make highlights stand out the way they should. It delivers good picture quality for most content, and it provides an excellent gaming experience thanks to its low input lag and VRR support. Its high contrast ratio makes it a good choice for dark room viewing, and it gets bright enough to fight glare. Unfortunately, it has rather poor viewing angles, so it's not the most ideal if your seating arrangement requires you to view from the side!! It has Bixby Voice Assistant, and is also a smart TV with Amazon Alexa and Google.

What is happening?

We got the Frame as a Christmas gift. It will turn itself of in gallery mode from time to time, but what is most frustrating is, when we are watching a program, it will say that ‘we are unable to contact the service right now. Try again later". Our internet is fine. I will sign out and in and out, turn off the tv, turn it on, but nothing. I don't get it.

SoSo after 2 months

I have a challenging time watching my regular TV, the other settings such as Samsung TV and other links are front and Centre. I have to use 2 remotes and getting to the cable TV is always a challenge. My Wife is still confused and can only turn on the picture portion.

Stopped working after a year of used

The cable stop working after 5 days of using the tv and 13 months later the ONE CONNECT box stopped working and I need to pay to repair it because the warranty only covers up to 12 months. DON'T BUY THIS TV ... only “12 months” warranty It's expensive and it would stop working in less than a year!

No OneConnect Extension Cable

I recently bought the 2021 Model Frame TV and realize that I need a longer OneConnect cable to "hide" my oneConnect box at the back of the room. However, I have just come to realize that there is no 15m oneConnect cable that is suitable for the 2021 Model Frame TV. I have contacted their support and they were not able to find a 15m oneConnect cable that is suitable for it neither. I think this is a huge oversight on Samsung's part where 2018/2019/2020 Frame TV all have support 15m oneConncet cable but not their latest 2021 model.

Was enjoying it - beware poor manufacturing qualit

Was enjoying this tv immensely for almost an entire year. A horizontal line started to permanently appear (in art mode and while watching programs). Called support, it went away, considered resolved. A few more months and it's back and not going away. Samsung support says it's not under warranty now so I'll have to hire a service to see if it can be fixed at my cost. Was run around in circles to get this non-help. For a television whose main selling point is its display aesthetics, remarkable that it starts falling apart the instant it's close to the warranty limit. Samsung Canada, my support service experience was horrible start to finish.

"GAME PORT" (HDMI 2.1, 4k/120hz) DOES NOT WORK

Purchased the 2021 Frame (LS03A) 65" 1 month ago and was prompted to update to the most recent firmware which has made the game port ("HDMI 4", HDMI 2.1 port) completely useless. Have tried contacting support on two occasions who fail to acknowledge the problem even with links to their own support forums where HUNDREDS of others are having the exact same issue with their consoles supporting 4k/120hz (XBOX Series X, PS5). Google "the frame 2021 firmware 1506" to see for yourselves... I have tried both consoles on this port since the update and they both result in a "check input power source". Have tried disabling VRR, HDR, changing HDMI cables (certified 2.1) on the consoles and factory resets to no avail. Consoles will work on every other HDMI 2.0 port in 4k/60hz but not on the game port for 4k/120hz support. This issue has been apparent since May 2021 in firmware 1506 up to the most recent (November 2021) release. Samsung are selling TVs advertising a feature that is broken. DO NOT BUY IF YOU INTEND ON USING IT FOR HDMI 2.1 4K/120HZ CONSOLE GAMING! There are plenty of owners "stuck" with this model patiently awaiting a fix with no guarantee of resolution.
