first time i used this product and i really like it ! had a lot of crabgrass and broadleaf and it seems to have all gone away, amazing ! i have used other Scotts brands in the past the spring, summer and fall and never got results like this..now waiting till late July and August to see if any more weeds pop up, hopefully this product took care of them. still have clover , but i will see what happens when i treat it in the fall and next spring...all n all love it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this in October so not really enough time to give a complete review. It is easy to use even if you don't have a spreader. The bag isn't to heavy. I have confidence that this will work as good as other products I have used from this company.

I put this out as described in late March along with Scott's crabgrass preventer it worked great for me. I also did some additional spot treatment where there were areas missed by my broadcast spreader too. It not only killed the dandelions but also cleared out ares with chickweed as well thanks to Scott's I now have the yard I wanted it looks outstanding.

After the use I could tell it started working the week I applied it. It helps keep the unwanted weeds in your yard and helps it looking better.

You put this on once instead of three different products. We just used a drop spreader and walked the lawn. You could see within in a few days where the weeds had started to go. After a few weeks the lawn looked really good, less weeds and greener grass.

The big key to preventing weeds and crabgrass seem to be the point of the grass/area being wet when applying and re-watering in 24 hours. This has helped with protecting my lawn and helping it green up. It does take a few weeks to fully notice the difference, so do not look for this to be a quick fix option.
