[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to help fill in the sparse areas in my yard and give the other areas some help. I was very pleased with the progress my lawn has made in a short time. I can see where the lawn is filling in and it looks so much more healthy.

Applied exactly to specifications. Its been two weeks and my dandelion weed issue is unresolved. I examined weeds and found only partial (at best) results. It appears the dandelion is winning this battle. I will never buy this product again. I was looking to eradicate my dandelion issue but this is not the product. I am very disappointed and feel misled. The standard weed and feed works much better than this half baked product.

Not only does it kill and prevent weeds, but it promotes the healthy growth of my lawn.It's only early May here in Wisconsin, but I have already had 2 neighbors stop by to ask "What are you using on your lawn, it is gorgeous." Nice job Scotts!

This product is horrible, It should be called steroids for crab grass, I have used this in the past wand been happy with it but will not buy again nor by Scott's unless they make it right I have so many different areas in my yard that i am getting constant grab grass that I can not keep up with, along with many other numerous forms of weeds

I have Scotts products for over 30 years, with very good results, first an application of Grub-Ex and then Turf Builder+Halts in Apr/May in the past. This year I tried your new Triple Action in May, when temps were above 60. It appears to work on some weeds, but the crabgrass has continued to thrive. The grass is not a deep green, and brown in the sunny areas of my lawn. This is with regular watering. I applied Max Green July 22 in hopes of greening up my lawn again, and will go back to using Turf Builder+Halts next spring.

This time I simply applied Scotts triple Turf Builder on with my Scotts spreader and followed the simple steps and my lawn looks amazing. It pops like 3D. The green is so rich and the weeds are ALL gone! I dare to say I may have the best looking lawn in my neighborhood! From one application of Tripple Action Turf Builder!

I used this product yearly for 10 years. Lawn became one if the best looking lawns on block….i have recently moved and I have a lawn that is 50% grass and 50% dandelions and broadleaf. I waited till temps consistently was 60-80, dandelions were growing (has only mowed 1x time for season). Applied to a wet lawn. Waited 40 hours (not 24 as I knew rain was coming). And as usual, this product is killing the dandelions (compare stems to what neighbors look like). Not sure why it doesn't work for others if you follow instructions. I also use a Scott's spreader, so I'm using the exact right amount, maybe this is an issue? I'll plant brew seed in 4 months and try to get it to grow…. Then repeat next season…in 2-3 years I expect a nice lawn once again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used on lawn right away, spread as directed, covered entire lawn evenly as shown in instructions, used proper setting on spreader and spread evenly, the weeds seemed to start wilting very quickly in a few days alot were already gone

I applied this product in the spring as directed. It seemed to keep the weeds under control and the fertilizer worked fine. Now in July my yard is full healthy crabgrass! More than I ever had. I was disappointed and discouraged that I paid for a product that was expensive and didn't work as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a long term user of Scott's products and usually use the fertilizer + pre-emergent in early Spring, followed by weed killer & fertilzer. I thought this may be a better option as a 3-in-1. Unfortunately the pre-emergent part seemed not to at all effective & I ended up with a lot of crabgrass that was previously well controlled. Fertilizer / weedkiller aspect was great, but I don't think I'll use this again due to the lack of crabgrass control.
