It's firm enough that my head doesn't sink to the bottom, but it's soft enough that it sinks in just enough to support my head and neck when I sleep. I'm deep in "the change" so I also really appreciate the coolness of this pillow as well as the shell that draws moisture away. I'm buying these pillows for every bed & sleeper in my house.

I have issues with my neck and if I am using the wrong pillow I will pay for it the next day, with this pillow after a couples of uses I am set. I sleep soundly and the best part is I don't wake up sore. This pillow also repels dust mites and household allergens. And it is also made to help keep you cool throughout the night.

I love that it holds its shape, so it doesn't require constant fluffing. Sometimes I sleep on my side, and it has been great for that. I'm looking forward to being able to wash and dry it, it seems low maintenance. Highly recommend this pillow!

I have bought pillows and more pillows trying to find the perfect one for myself. It's notable at how nicely the pillow keeps it's shape. This one is pretty nice. I sleep on my stomach with my face in the pillow....this one doesn't give me a neck ache like the others. I love the fact that you can wash it, dry it and then fluff it up just like new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, AllerEase Fresh & Cool Pillow just wasn't for me. It was too stiff. I was waking up throughout the night and waking up in the morning with minor neck pain. I also didn't think the cooling effect lasted. It only felt cool when you initially put your head on the pillow. After that, I didn't feel any cooling effect. I was expecting more coolness when the pillow and labeled as a cool pillow. I do like how it's filled with hypoallergenic fiber. However, I personally would not recommend this pillow.
