never buy a onn tv for thid tv i had to keep this unsure tv. they laughter in my face because they did not do anything to help me. Wal-Mart you sucked as how you handle this issues. i will tell blog on what tvs to buy and not to bother ever buying i got struck with two tvs but only one works msybe my next tv will comes from Amazon

Frustrating

We bought this tv for the bedroom, where another tv and Roku had been previously. This one, however, had trouble finding the signal. When I called Phillips, the agent asked how far it was from the router. 25 feet, I estimated, to which he replied: oh, they only work up to 20 feet away, just move it. No other device has a problem getting a signal in the bedroom. Also, the audio is substandard. Buyer beware.

Good! Small space tv

Perfect tv for a bedroom or office! Already comes with the roku remote and all you need to do is plug it in and turn it on! Love it and the pricing wasnt bad considering it is a smart tv. Nothing to be unhappy or disappointed in. Again if you're looking for a large tv it won't be this one but a small to medium tv is right here!

Great picture and sound

Great TV for the price. Audio is just fine, I had bought a different manufacturer brand and it sounded like a tin can, so I bought Phillips. Setup was easy and painless. Works great with cable or on ROKU. I would buy another without thinking about it.

Cheap and Junk

Bought 2 of these about 6 years ago . Still have them and they work well. This new (although looks the same ) is junk . Up button on the remote did not work . Called Phillips and they suggested I BUY a new one. REALLY!!!! Had to take whole TV back as they would not just replace the remote . Next speakers on the new ones have no bass in them at all. Get what you pay for I guess. Lesson learned .

Don't buy.

Stay away. Back light will burn out in 6-12 months. Customer care is terrible. It's a long drawn out process. In the end I should end up with a refurbished tv. Note..expect about a month in the entire process so long as the refurbished tv works. Philips is owned by Funai Corporations. Will not buy another Philips Tv.

Broken TV

I bought this on June 5th 2023 and by 1st September it stopped showing a picture. Gray lines going down middle of screen. Philip co.has been giving me the run around even though I purchased warranty. As soon as you get info they want, then they want more . Definitely im getting the run around.

Love tv

I love this tv. I bought one in store and loved it so much I purchased a second one on line as my local Walmart didn't have any more. I'm a cord cutter, but like to stream. I had a roku box for my 27 inch old tv. It was slow. The new tv is fast. My only concern is that the only way to control the tv is with the remote. What do I do if I loose the remote our it breaks. Sound is disappointing.

Great Quality and price!

I love this tv so much I bought 2! It is made well and has all the additions that a more expensive tv has. i am also impressed that it has a real power cord attached to the tv. So many today have cords that unlug or have power oacks attahed. This is very good quality!

First, let me say what a fabulous deal this TV is. We purchased this to be placed in our office so that we can watch while on our treadmill. The setup was EXTREMELY easy. Plus, we were able to use an app to access our XFinity cable subscription! The one thing I was worried about was the sound, as many TVs nowadays do not have the best sound, so I was expecting to need a soundbar. Not the case. Sound is crisp and clear, even when our treadmill is running. FANTASTIC TV!
