No sound within a week

Sound stopped working within a week. Started working again and a little over 2 months after the purchase date it has no sound. This TV is cheap junk and not worth the money. Buy another brand.

BUYER BEWARE!

I bought two. Big mistake. Have to unplug everyday to get sound back. Not easy since both are in cabinets. Never again. Have read many complaints about the same issue.

Bad TV

Worst TV I've ever owned. It freezes randomly. Have to reset the tv multiple times. The WiFi adapter/antenna is garbage. The resolution is not as good as they advertise.

Volume issues

This TV is just over a year old and has had a problem with the volume cutting out for months. Initially it happened very rarely and would come back on once you unplugged and replugged the power cord but it now happens frequently.

Disappointed

I like the Tv but the remote is a piece of junk. You cannot change channels by entering a number. Replacement remotes do not seem to work either. I'm very disappointed.

A waste of money

Worst tv ever. This tv is junk the remote control rarely works, sound cuts out while watching, and it signs itself out of any streaming accounts. I could go on and on listing things that is wrong with this tv. Definitely a waste of money!

Do NOT buy this tv

The worse television I've ever bought. The sound is aweful. Volume goes up/down on its own. Lips won't match the sound. I have to unplug the tv at least twice a week to reset it. Soon as I pick an app, the tv turns itself off! Please note, I've only had the tv for 3 months.

NOT A USER FRIENDLY TV WITH A ANTENNA.

If you are going to use this TV with an Antenna. DON'T DO IT. Same Antenna every thing. But the TV just will not bring in the TV channels or keep them. And you have to go to the TV menu every time to change Channels. 0-9 buttons do not exeats. They are not there. You have to have a Cable Box or some other box to change channels with its remote. Yes it is going back. I want a user friendly TV and this one is not.

If you are using an antenna with a 300 ohm twin-lead cable, you need to use a 300-to-75 ohm adapter (not provided) to adapt the twin-lead cable to a connection that is compatible with the TV’s antenna input. The up / down arrows found on your remote will adjust your TV channels. If this does not improve your expereince, please call the Philips Customer Care team at 1-866-309-5962.

Was great, now awful

I loved this TV for about 3 months, now every time we turn it on we have to reset the entire TV because there is no sound, apparently this is a know issue because there is a youtube video on how to do this. I cannot find anywhere to contact support but his is a serious inconvenience

Awesome TV

Great little TV for small spaces. Our bedroom in the motorhome has a small area for a TV. This one fit perfectly in that area. Great picture quality and of course the xbox hooks up easily also. Being lightweight also helps on the load of the motorhome. Great purchase at a great price!
