When I do buy it, Oscar Meyer is the only brand I will buy. My preference is their beef bologna. My boys don't care either way, as long as it is Oscar Meyer's.

Recieved a E-Mail that items ordered was at the Sam location that I had it shipped to. called the store and was told item was at store. went to the store and was told it was not at store.and they were not going to handle this item any more. then I was told by another Lady that it came in and they sold it to someone else. so Im not sure what happened,I may reconsider on where to shop in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the Bologna of my childhood. I remember being served bologna sandwiches for lunch at my summer camp. And truthfully I stopped buying it for many many years. I usually prefer to buy deli meat at the deli counter where I can ask for it to be shaved thin. This digital event gave me a chance to give this another try and it is just as good as I remember it. I actually find it to be less salty than the Boars head brand. I would definitely recommend this and I will be buying this again.

Other brands seem to be lacking in quality with too many fat pockets. I made me a fried bologna sandwhich with cheese. The thickness of the product wasn't too thin but wasn't so thick that it over powered the cheese and bread. I like it over other brands mainly because of the texture and taste. This is a very smooth tasting bologna. It is well seasoned, not too salty which is an issue sometimes with the store brand bologna. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose to get Oscar Mayer bologna because I love bologna! It is a lunchmeat that I grew up with and really enjoy on Italian or rye bread with Swiss cheese. This Oscar Mayer baloney did not disappoint. I would buy ask her Mayer baloney again.

I really enjoyed this Oscar Mayer Beef Bologna. I found the flavor and texture to be better than regular bologna that isn't made of beef. The flavor is pretty close to the flavor of a hot dog. Some brands of regular bologna feel slimy and gritty but this bologna is neither of those things. It is not too salty, either. It made a great bologna sandwich!
