The 2016 Samsung 4K TV's, the KU6300 in particular, have terrible software. The Smart Hub frequently loses all the icons that allow a user to switch between sources, i.e. TV, DVD player, Cable box, etc. This problem can be fixed, temporarily, by restoring the TV to factory settings, meaning that you have to go through a complete set up as if the set were new, out of the box. I've had to do this four times. While the set has a nice picture, the sound, like all flat-panel TV's, is terrible. It would be a good value but since the software is horrible I would not recommend this product. I have a Samsung purchased in 2015 that works very well. However the 2016 model is terrible and should be avoided.

TV is amazing works just like it's brand new came with everything but batteries but that's okay I love this TV and I would recommend refurbished snow difference they fix it and it's just like me great deal thanks Walmart
