We just installed the new Samsung this past weekend. The install was easy, painless. Picture quality, sound, appearance, etc have exceeded our expectations. We have Samsung phones and tablet and are anxious to pursue the inter-connectivity of the devices w/the TV.

I'm replacing my son's HD TV with this model. He now has a new 4K UHD TV. He notices a differences in the old TV and the new. He states that it's clear, vibrate, and bright. I have a X Box One S, PS4 Pro and cable attached to his TV. The only thing I wish they did was include another HDMI port. It would have been have to have 4 ports instead of three. Love the brand! This is my second Samsung TV. Had no problems so far.

Up to this point I have yet to purchase a product I was so thoroughly disappointed with. Let's set aside the fact that I have a line of dead pixels running down the middle of my screen. Let's instead focus on how stupid it is to manufacture a product that lets apps update to a point where they become incompatible with the TV itself (insert expletive). I managed to purchase a TV that fails at every aspect of what it was designed to do. Sure, it presents images on a screen but so does my grandmother's TV from the 50s and shockingly without a black line running down the middle. If you are reading this I hope you look elsewhere to another brand! Smarthub is complete garbage, how hard is it to make a patch Samsung!!? According to customer service, the only answer is to return the product while I still can.

We LOVE the gear vr. The only thing we have any trouble with is the focus. Sometimes it's difficult to get to a comfortable focus. We can't wait to get the game pad to make it easier to navigate. The TouchPad on the gear itself is good. It's just hard to find sometimes.

Don't be fooled by this fooled by this TV. It DOES NOT get the Time Warner App! Its like the only Samsung TV that doesn't get it for some ridiculous reason. The amount of apps you can actually get are minimal. This is not a smart TV, this is a dumb TV....

I have enjoyed my Samsung Smart TV for seven months now. It has excellent features and picture quality, and the one problem I had with it was quickly fixed, for free. However, the universal remote needs a complete overhaul. Not only are the controls themselves too minimalist and not intuitive, it does not seem capable of supporting an external soundbar. Its instructions are also not helpful; attempting to make changes often results in deleting functions that were originally on the controller. I knew that the controller wouldn't work with my external digital cable box, but I didn't expect it to be so incapable for my other devices as well.

This was a milestone reward from my job. Beautiful picture. Would prefer a remote with more feature on it, but we were happy to find out we can use the remote from our old Samsung TV for a lot of the settings. One tip, use the "Movie" setting to prevent the "soap opera" effect. They should tell you that in the instructions! But all in all, very happy.

Before I purchased this particular television, for over a year I shopped the market for size, features, and cost value. When I found this set on sale, I purchased it and have not been disappointed. It is hooked up a a surround sound system and the sound is terrific. The remote takes a few minutes to get used to. Although I seldom need a PC hookup, this set does not have the necessary plug. Other than that, I did make the right purchase.

I was so impressed with the ease of setting this tv up and I was concerned with pairing the cable remote to the tv but a quick zip code entered brought up my choice of cable in my area. As a senior I have so many friends who don't want the "smart" tv because of the difficulty in figuring it all out but this was very simple. The remote was so easy to manage once I got used to it and the adding and removing the apps ever so easy. So glad I made the switch to this very high resolution and beautiful viewing tv. We also added the samsung soundbar which makes for really good audio.

This is the second one we buy. we had the previews model for my parents and we got this one for us. The image quality is amazing. the smart hub is great, could be a bit better but overall its great. The option to control the TV from the phone or pc is cool and so comfortable!
