I love my new t.v. I didn't realize what I was missing until this arrived. Great picture, great sound, great value! I got this on black friday and I am so happy to have made the purchase.

I have used this product for a week now. Best TV I have every owned. Crystal clear picture with awesome colors. 120 refresh rate with no lag in picture quality. Love this product !!!

This is a great tv at an extremely reasonable price. Great picture also. My only concern is this smell of burning plastic coming from the tv. I'm hoping it goes away soon, but it is only the 2nd time I've turned it on.

I am disappointed that a new TV has broken down in less than four months after purchase. The problem: the tv screen does not turn on. It's always blank. Sound is intermittent - it comes on after about 20 seconds for less than a second.

I bought Samsung based on experience. This TV was flawless right out of the box. Setup and operation was feature full and extremely simple to learn. User interface is delightful.

While we bought a smart TV...it was more for the picture than the other features. It was fairly easy to set up (with some help from a younger friend). Some day we may venture into the other features. The picture makes you feel like you are there.

Came on time, works great! Wonderful sound quality, and colorful! Great headphones, but only one issue, the earpiece doesn't stay in my son's ears as well as mine.

After not even two years the screen is flickering which is why the poor ratings except for features....other than that never ever buying another Samsung product.

This television has an incredible picture and a very easy set up. It is a smart tv and has all the bells and whistles at a price point that cannot be beat. If you are looking for a 55" tv run don't walk to pick this one up!

The only complaint I have so far is the remote won't shut up every time I press a button she speaks and speaks really fast and I don't know how to turn that feature off
