Saw some negative ratings on this TV and not sure why. The picture is excellent, it was VERY easy to set up and very easy to use. Yes you do need to adjust the picture and sound to your liking but again....Very easy to do. Highly recommend this TV!

Installation and setup was easy and quick. Picture is bright clear and just great. I down loaded your E-Manual and printed it for reference. My only disappointment is the printed version has no page numbers. Difficult use that way. John B

Great picture !! This is my first 4K tv. I've only had it for a couple of days but I am thoroughly impressed with its overall performance. So glad I went 4K ! Only wish there was more 4k content.

Picture quality is excellent and for non tech person we found the TV was easy to setup--impressed with picture. This is our first UHDTV and so far very impressed

Beautiful quality, sleek, but not user friendly. Sometimes when I turn on tv an error message pops up (no source found) I have to turn TV off and on a few time before it works properly. Also Netflix app doesn't work well. Pretty good tv

Easiest TV to use ever. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up. Very user friendly. The picture and sound are exceptional. No surprise since it is a Samsung. By the they are the best TVs made today.

I can't explain how happy I am with this TV. It's slim design makes it easy to hang and easy to set up once it is hung up. It took me longer to unpack it than it did to get it up and running. I highly recommend this TV to anyone.

This is a great tv at an extremely reasonable price. Great picture also. My only concern is this smell of burning plastic coming from the tv. I'm hoping it goes away soon, but it is only the 2nd time I've turned it on.
