After not even two years the screen is flickering which is why the poor ratings except for features....other than that never ever buying another Samsung product.

The 4K UHD picture has great color and sharpness. It was easy to install and up and running in about a half hour, I would recommend this unit to all of my friends.

I have been looking to update my old TV ( a 32 inch tube TV) to anew flat screen after many shopping trips I finally decided the Samsang was the one for my family.

Installation and setup was easy and quick. Picture is bright clear and just great. I down loaded your E-Manual and printed it for reference. My only disappointment is the printed version has no page numbers. Difficult use that way. John B

This TV surpassed my expectations. In my opinion its currently the best value on the market for a 4k smart TV considering features, smart remote and smart hub speed.

We enjoy the 4k und also very easy to set-up. Easy to go online receives Wi-Fi well. The sound is just O.K. Also a great feature is the stand you do not need a oversize cabinet to hold it.

Having a number of Samsung HD televisions, this is by far the best one. The picture quality is fantastic and the only real drawback is the limited number of HDMI connections.

My previous Samsung had sound issues. I wasn't going to buy another Samsung product. But a friend talked me into it. I like all the features. Takes a little time to get used to.

This product was hard to setup especially when the tv isn't talking to the controller. It is difficult to figure this out. After this step is finally completed everything is great. The picture and sound are the best ever for me.
