Simply amazing. NOTHING went wrong with the setup. Beautiful startup and the steps to configure your TV were just perfect. The Wireless setup was error-free. Auto detection of the cable box and configuring the remote was error-free. I configured NetFlix, Hulu, and the interface was so easy to use. (Bye Bye Roku) - The web browser wasn't too bad, the pointer could be updated but facebook on a 50" tv is nothing to complain about. A+ on technology and auto setup. No errors Putting the handle on TV was pretty easy as well. The TV is pretty light for the size. Now, the amazing beautiful crisp clean picture. The Olympics has never looked so good (or interesting). I work in Software and have found flaws in many applications, so I could not wait to give an A+ review.

I bought this for my father who has Direct TV translated to NTSC analog channels provided at the assisted living facility were he resides. Some of these are outside the VHF/UHF bands and are cable only frequencies. I added a small window UHF antenna to get the 60 over the air digital channels available locally. The auto program will find all the cable and air channels, however both sets of channels are a pain to access from the remote. You can only choose "air" or "cable" under "Live TV -> Channel List -> Antenna" not both. His prior TV would go through the air channels, then the cable channels and loop back to air. I did not notice this until the box was thrown out or I would have returned it. To go though the Live TV set up is a pain and definitely too hard for an 89 year old man with Alzheimer's. I realize this is not the typical use case, however I wish they would update the firmware to add a "both" option. I am a hardware and embedded SW engineer and know this is a fairly simple fix. I am a Samsung fan and have a Samsung phone, tablet and small TV/monitor that have been great. *** I will update this if the firmware changes.

I'VE OWNED AND STILL HAVE MANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS FROM WASHER S AND DRYERS TO TV'S THIS WILL BE MY THIRD TV THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM SAMSUNG AND IT IS THE BIGGEST TV THAT I HAVE BOUGHT. I REALLY LIKE THIS TV BECAUSE ITS LIKE HAVING A COMPUTER IN FRONT OF YOU. IT HAS BLUETOOTH AND WI-FI WHICH WORKS GREAT . THAT BIG SCREEN IS REALLY BIG IT LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN THEATER AT YOUR HOUSE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON YOUR SAMSUNG PRODUCT. I REALLY ENJOY THEM.

I picked this up on sale so it was an exceptional value. Picture and features are outstanding. It has 3 HDMI ports so for some that might be limiting. I'm not sure if it can display HDR or just read it (I have read both so I'm not for sure). Either way, the picture with 4K content and 1080P content is great! I was worried about sports with a 60Hz pannel but I haven't noticed any problems. It works great for what I bought it for and I would highly recommend it.

This TV has great features like bluetooth built in as well as wi-fi so you can connect to the Internet easily. Great quality picture with bright colors. Slim design. The speakers sound is good but if you connect your tv to a sound bar ( like I did) it's much better. Not so many apps selection but hopefully Samsung will add more. The only pro that I found is that this TV has no headphone jack and not many AV out options except for the optical.

I'm constantly having to reset my smart hub to get the amazon app to work. it gets pretty annoying that i have to go through a 10-15 minute process when i want to watch Amazon. I bought the smart tv to make things easier. I may just go back to my other methods of streaming. Other than that, the quality is awesome and sound as well.

This television is awesome. Picture quality and options available to control picture in various lighting automatically amongst other features makes it a great choice. This was a great value! I would recommend this TV to anyone and have already supplied the SAMSUNG link to several friends.

This is our first 4k TV. It has amazing quality. It is very user friendly. We have always been a big fan of Samsung products. This is our 4th Samsung TV for the house. We tried another brand due to it was cheaper, however we return it the first day because it was just not nearly as good as Samsung.

Our first weeks with the Samsung 60" UHD television were a learning experience, both with the new style of remote, and with adjustments to the picture and sound. After learning, we went back to factory defaults and found the clearest picture, which is awesome for a UHD. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Very good crystal clear pictures, easy to set up and navigate with the new remote. one very important thing missing is the audio output mini jack to hook up headphones, you can hook up headphones with a Bluetooth and that will disable the tv speakers. you can not have both on at the same time like my older Samsung.
