This was my first 4K TV for a room in my house I just remodeled it was the largest TV that would fit in the space above my Fireplace. I can't say enough about this picture and ease of use. Seriously this is one of the best pictures I have seen. I use the Amazon Fire TV 4K the XboxOne S in 4K and so far this experienced was beyond what I imagined.

I use it for over the air broadcast and streaming video. It didn't accept my fire stick as fire stick. I also have a iveaw 3200stb for recording over the air broadcast. This also was not recognized. But everything seems to work now To bad that it does not come with a good owners manual to explain the many settings It does have a good clear picture. We are slowly learning to operate it. I am able to use a universal and that is easier for my wife to use

The remote seems cheap and manual does not explain well. I'm a senior, not tech savvy, took me whole night and next day before I called customer service to have them tell me how to get the volume control to work on the remote. JUst a control with a lot of circles, no arrows real confusing for senior like me.

I mounted this TV on my wall in my master bedroom.The picture quality is the best I have ever seen even from a side view, The remote is very easy to use. My wife loves this TV. She is able to access Apps like Hulu, and Netflix easily to watch her favorite movies. This is a great purchase. I would recommend purchasing this TV.

We have this TV only for two weeks. So far it works good but picture quality is difficult to adjust. Remote control sometimes is not working as intended to work. Smart features are easy to operate. Overall we are happy with this purchase and would recommend to anybody to get this product.

After our last Samsung TV bit the dust, we researched many avenues for our next purchase. Everything kept pointing us to Samsung, 4K Ultra HD. We just installed it in a few minutes and the online instructions were VERY easy. The picture us so sharp and bright....very happy. This is our 7th Samsung product...

I purchased this TV two weeks ago and am very pleased. Brilliant colors and great sound. I can see details on actors and scenery that I could not see before. I gave a good rating on features because I was looking forward to using it as a wireless monitor for my Windows Surface Pro 4 computer and I cannot get the software to work. Also using the apps on the TV have issues with internet connection so I use the Xbox for streaming on Hulu .

You cannot beat the features of this TV for the money. When you set the TV up for the first time you simply turn on all of your peripherals (Soundbar, Cable Box, DVD player, and Chromecast) and the TV automatically senses them and sets the remote control up to work with them. I love the remote that comes with this TV, it is very sleek and has a touch wheel like an iPod to control most functions, there are very few buttons.

You need 2 people to set up the stand. When I got stuck in the set up process, I called the Samsung help line and they were great, patient and confident that we would get it done. The ability to change audio to Sports, Movies, etc. is easy. I would recommend a Samsung soundbar which comes on when powering up.

My mom has an older Samsung which is why we stuck with Samsung when purchasing a replacement TV for another brand. We have also had excellent luck with this TV. The performance is fantastic and worth the money! We don't have the "super" as part of our ultra high def, but the picture is still amazing. We use the built-in SMART features and love those as well - we are huge Netflix watchers and have had no problems related to TV performance with the ability to use that feature as well. The only possible con we can think of is my husband prefers a remote with a lot of buttons - this remote doesn't bother me at all.
