I am very impressed with this TV. I upgraded from a 42" TV that I purchased 5 years ago. Obviously the formats and technology have changed since then, but I have to say, the Samsung name/reputation/customer support are the leading reason for purchasing this TV. You guys do a great job of taking care of your customers.

This has been a pleasurable buying experience. The packaging for the product is top notch making it easy for transport. The weight is such that setup and location was a snap. The TV sets itself up without a hitch. Literally, start to finish, you can be sitting down enjoying your TV in about 30 minutes. I have found the picture quality to be excellent, the sound to be excellent. The remote is compact and super easy to use, has only 8 buttons and a navigation wheel. Very pleased...

Picture is great. Easy setup. The remote recognized my cable provider and interfaced easily. I like the slim design remote. Easy to integrate with Wi-Fi and use the TV web browser. When connecting a Bluetooth speaker I was prompted "Use Bluetooth" every time I turned the TV on. I purchased a digital audio optical to Bluetooth interface so I did not have to answer the "Use Bluetooth" question every time.

Have had the TV for 2 months now. So far we like it very much! But there are some improvements that could be made. The sound could be improved, when there is too much bass, there is a nasty vibration that comes from where the speakers are. Also, the stand (we can't mount on the wall) could be more sturdy. But for the price, it a decent TV.

We recently stayed at one of the premier resorts in the northeast. There were Samsung TVs everywhere. Never having owned a Samsung product or a TV so new, I found it very easy to make adjustments to the set in our room. The sound and picture were great. I promised I would buy a Samsung TV if the need arose. It did last week and so I bought one at the wholesale club. It's a 50" UHD. Absolutely fabulous. It couldn't be easier to set up, the TV does all the work except plug in the cable to my cable box. I also connected our Blu-Ray player (very easy). The Samsung software recognized the units and we were watching it literally within minutes of putting it on it's shelf. If you can read, you can do all necessary points and clicks to set up internet access and all the apps that come with it. There's even an iphone app that allows you to mouse on-screen, and a keyboard and other regular TV functions. Although the sound is very good, I will buy a sound bar as the living room could use it.

We have a 52" Samsung TV that is about 8 years old that has never given us any problems and has a great picture, so we decided to upgrade to 70" and we never considered anything other than a Samsung. We purchased a Samsung 70" KU630D 4K UHD TV. We are very satisfied, it has a great picture, great color and features.

So far so good, it was relatively easy to set up, but did have some trouble getting the e-manual. It may have be the browser that I was using, but needed to chat with tech support who sent me a link to the manual. Enclosed information is minimal, and probably adequate unless you're hooking the TV up to a number of external devices ( Amp, DVD & Satellite TV). The e-manual was very good, but because of the difficulty I had getting to it I took 30 minutes longer than I needed. Only other minor complaint is that when I hooked my DVD player, which is also hooked up to Sat TV, shows both input sources as Sat. TV provider. I think there is a way to label, but haven't got there yet.

Since the last time my husband and I bought a TV was 2006, I dug in and researched all that's new and wonderful in the world of televisions. It didn't take long to figure out which features best fit our wants, even less time to see this model was "it." Great picture with sharp clarity. We're extremely pleased and highly recommend Samsung products in general, this TV model in particular.

Very nice TV at a very reasonable price. Crystal clear after I dialed in the color, tint, brightness and contrast. Easy to use and enough inputs to make it usable with my sources. Optical digital out and ARC make it very simple to use in my home theater.
