Purchased a new laptop and needed Microsoft Office. Found the 365 and thought I'd give it a try before purchasing the more expensive option.

I have enjoyed using Microsoft Office for Mac and was happy to find Sam's price the best for this purchase!

Ging above who reviewed Office 365 unfairly due to their own failure to follow instructions is a great example of how one needs to read before purchasing...

Very happy with the product and cheaper than other places

I bought the program when I bought a new computer.

I've usually bought the Home & Student and used it on my laptop. When I replaced computers, I could transfer it to the new computer without much problem. Now it looks like I can only transfer it a limited number of times as long as I only use it on on one computer (plus tablet). I don't care much for the strict usage since I'm the only one using the machine.

I am still learning. I had to call customer service to install. The start up code on the package was damaged so I could not read it . It took about an hour and a half on chat. Very frustrating.

Not familiar enough with it. Liked the old version best. I find the changes unnecessary . Too bad we don't have choice!!! What we had worked fine.

I just purchased this subscription and the description states that once you complete the purchase you will be taken to the Office site to download the program and the Product Key will automatically be applied. The instructions even warn you to make sure to use the computer you plan to add Office to because installation will start as soon as you purchase the subscription. This is incorrect!! After purchasing you are MAILED a physical card with a Product Key on it. You won't be able to use Office for several days to a week!! I spent nearly an hour trying to get someone on the phone at Sams and finally was told, "Yes, well it is instantaneous as soon as you receive the shipped card..." Waiting a week is not instantaneous. The instructions are misleading and frustrating. I need the software now and would not have purchased if I knew it would take a week to access. Please fix the process or instructions Sam's Club!
