What I notice that is a bit of a irritation is that when the volume is turned all the way up and then you hit the button twice that is supposed to skip to the next song it puts it on pause. This problem does not occur unless the volume is up. It’s a little annoying.

In terms of sound: these are crystal clear when listening to music. I rarely use the voice mode because I don't know that it changes it much and the music mode actually sounds better to me even for podcasts and such. Obviously they are not going to be super immersive sound but they are well balanced and have a pretty hefty sound considering how they work. Connectivity: works great for my phone! I have a microsoft surface (which has its own issues) and they aren't the best with that. The sound comes out a bit tin-y and the volume is weird to control. Not sure if it's a problem with the surface, Zoom, or the headphones. But it still works for my work from home set up and I love using them for zoom meetings so I can hear what's happening in the house and also walk away from my computer if needed. The multi-point connection hasn't really worked for me but that also may be a problem with my computer. Comfort: I have the mini ones and they fit pretty perfectly. There is still room along the back of the head (sometimes this affects my hair and wearing higher coats but it's not horrible). They do move around a bit if I'm eating or bending over but not enough to fully knock them off or anything. I would suggest starting slow when listening using these. They are weird at first and they give my head a little bit of a buzzy, headache-y feeling if I wear them too long. Charging is quick and easy. The buttons and commands are simple and easy to remember. The microphone is great! My coworkers said it sounds better than any of the other microphones I've used. Answering calls is easy and clear too! I called someone in Costco and we could hear each other just fine. Overall, definitely worth the money!

I have the shockz regular not the pros also and I cant really tell the difference between them. for the difference in price I would expect to have a difference in sound quality, features or something. They do have an app. its next to useless. it offers a few things that you can live without for sure.

I didn't think it would work for me since after the war in Afghanistan and having high tinnitus. These headphones help the with bypassing my ear drums and getting the sound where I need it most. Honestly, Shows should come up with a product line that utilizes the same tech, combined with hearing aids for people with hearing issues or the elderly! I usually do not put 5 stars or marks on anything because there is always room for improvements. Add additional features for more customizable capabilities in the software and hardware.

I love these, they are my second pair. (First pair lasted for five or six solid years before I accidentally broke them). I simply do not like the feeling of being “locked out” of the world just because I have my music on. The sound is awesome and clear, however, if a truck is headed your way, you are aware of it. Super comfortable, too.

I have the openrun pro. They are excellent and fit comfortably. The ability to leave my ears clear is beneficial for me both in the gym and outside. I was also surprised at the clarity of the sound. It isn't quite as nice/full as in-ear buds, but I have no problems with music. Voices can be hard to hear at times though. In general as well, all sounds are kind of quiet and I have to have the volume higher than I would like or have used on any other headphones.

Love the headphones. Recently bought second pair for office and home. The sound quality isn’t like your earbuds. They don’t go in your ears so there isnt the same level of isolation. The trade off is, you can function normally, listen to tunes or talk on the phone, and still hear the outside world. It took me about a week of regular wear to get used to them. I was gardening the other day listing to tunes and could hear my dog pestering me to throw his ball…pretty cool. I’d recommend them to others.

Good for running and other general activities where you want to be certain to hear activity around you while listening to music or audio. The connection to devices is not as user friendly as other prominent devices, though not difficult. Sometimes have to fumble around to get them connected when a phone call comes in. Seem to be well made. Over-all satisfied and would recommend for specific activities.

The headphones work great for running and any other activity that I do while wearing them. They work well with my phone, laptop and desktop. the battery life is excellent and the charge time is fast. The quality is top notch and the phone app is a great feature to use.

firmware is much better experience than i had with my aeropex - answering iphone is simply a click on headset! a few negatives - headphone occassionally goes back to handset with no action on my part, even with phone in pocket or hand. generally more comfortable than even aeropex but still may could use a better fit but that's not an easy thing to receive....I have about 1/2 in of open space around back of head and wonder if less would be better. Interestingly enough the package and instructions were lacking any reference to the app which can be installed which then enables multi-point pairing - definitely something overlooked in packaging. User friendly but I will only give a 4 since there was no reference to app and several things like multi-point pairing were not mentioned in instructions in package.
