Possibly a good buy

These work well but for a very specific purpose and a limited amount of people. The purpose is listening to music (or other audio) while needing your ears open to hear; the people are those for whom the headphones just happen to fit as the size cannot be altered. Unfortunately I am not one of the latter and I had to return the item.

Best headphones for outside activity

These are the best headphones a runner could have. They’re safe to run with outside so you hear what you want to listen to on your phone, but can also hear everything surrounding you..people, cars, etc. Very lightweight. I almost forget they’re there after I turn them off.

Great product except

I have had several pairs of Shokz but never the "Pro" series. I find that I have to turn the volume up to 50% or more to hear anything. the audio quality is very clear no static or fuzziness. Also the play button sticks and crunches when I push it, I have had several other pairs and the button never had did this, I wonder if I got a defective pair or if it is something with the Pro series.

Amazing sound quality and comfortable

Easy to wear and has amazing sound. I have single-sided deafness, but I can hear from both sides because of bone conduction technology. I like the fact that it's not completely covering up my good ear and I can still hear outside noises. They were very easy to connect to my iPhone. They are very comfortable to wear and work out in. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Try Them!

Refurbished but looked and worked like new. First time not using typical ear buds or plantronics for running. I was a little worried they would chafe my ears or head, but no irritation after running ~5 miles daily for weeks. Highly recommend OpenRun Pros for running.

Sounds like Bose, without the cost

This is my second pair of Shokz. I have the OpenRun, which I bought two years ago and still use regularly. But the OpenRun Pro......wow! I knew the sound quality was going to be good, but I wasn't expecting that much of a difference....I was wrong. There jmis quite a difference. I would easily compare these to Bose.....yes, that good. As far as wear and comfort......I moved across the US not long ago. I wore my Shokz for 15 hours and honestly forgot that I was wearing them....they are that comfortable (and I wear glasses, too, so that says a lot)

Just not loud enough

This is my second pair of shokz. I bought an entry pair a couple of years ago and completely wore them out. I bought a higher end pair this time because I just love them so much. These fit better, charge faster, and are lighter. However, the sound is not good. The vibration isn't as strong and the sound is not as loud. If there is any traffic - I can't hear. If there is anything in the background - I can't hear. Today at work I'm using my old ones so I am sure to get enough volume. I love their look and feel, but am still thinking about returning them. Finally, I switch back and forth between two devices and the switch isn't as easy. My old ones would sync to two devices and this one does sometimes. Sometimes it only syncs to one. I can't figure out the pattern.

I work in hazmat conditions

I work in hazmat conditions where I have to be aware of my surroundings, but that doesn’t mean I want to give up great music. Music is great thru the bone phones and my customers love the noise canceling when I am on the phone. Oh, I wear my bone phones 8-10 hours a day, so you know they are comfortable. And not only do they last, but the speed charge is a fast boost in the 11th hour .

nice but perhaps overpriced

my thrid paid of bone conducting ear phones; had had several other iterations for AfterShokz; these are a little lighter and perhaps a little more comfortable than some of the others battery life is not as good as the Areopex or titanium; not sure it's worth the additional cost buti like them well enough

LH

Very satisfied. Have used the headphones for about a year, where principal benefit is as an alternative to use of ear buds. Before using the Skokz headphones while hiking on trails that involved bicyclists and runners, I had many close encounters and potential accidents. The sound fidelity from use of the OpenRun Pro is almost comparable to my high quality ear buds.
