As an individual that wears hearing aids, sun or reading glasses much of the time the Open Pro technology makes it simple and effective to accomplish the quality of sound I like, maintains extended life on my hearing aids and simply aids me in maintaining my quality of hearing! Thank You!

I use these for running and sometimes lifting weights. My only complaint is that even the shokz minis are too big by a lot and do not stay where they are supposed to which makes the sound quality not so great and I have to turn up the volume a lot to be able to even hear the music. I’ve had this same problem with other headphones but at least these ones are open so I can still hear cars or bikes passing me and can enjoy sounds of nature which is really nice though

I'm both disappointed and impressed with my bone conducting usb-c headphones. Audio/ speakers are convenient, but one of the main reasons I bought them was for phone calls. The Mic works 20% of the where most people don't the other end complain. Seriously it's the one thing these headphones are supposed to do do good and they fail miserably. I don't understand how this can go unresolved as I see so many people complaining about this issue. Uhg.. disappointed

In terms of sound: these are crystal clear when listening to music. I rarely use the voice mode because I don't know that it changes it much and the music mode actually sounds better to me even for podcasts and such. Obviously they are not going to be super immersive sound but they are well balanced and have a pretty hefty sound considering how they work. Connectivity: works great for my phone! I have a microsoft surface (which has its own issues) and they aren't the best with that. The sound comes out a bit tin-y and the volume is weird to control. Not sure if it's a problem with the surface, Zoom, or the headphones. But it still works for my work from home set up and I love using them for zoom meetings so I can hear what's happening in the house and also walk away from my computer if needed. The multi-point connection hasn't really worked for me but that also may be a problem with my computer. Comfort: I have the mini ones and they fit pretty perfectly. There is still room along the back of the head (sometimes this affects my hair and wearing higher coats but it's not horrible). They do move around a bit if I'm eating or bending over but not enough to fully knock them off or anything. I would suggest starting slow when listening using these. They are weird at first and they give my head a little bit of a buzzy, headache-y feeling if I wear them too long. Charging is quick and easy. The buttons and commands are simple and easy to remember. The microphone is great! My coworkers said it sounds better than any of the other microphones I've used. Answering calls is easy and clear too! I called someone in Costco and we could hear each other just fine. Overall, definitely worth the money!

I initially had the regular shokz pro but once they came out with the mini's i instantly had to get them. I love these headphones and highly recommend. I wish that the multi-function button worked better. Sometimes when I try to skip a song it just pauses it. I feel like they could have done better in terms of adding buttons so that skipping or replaying was easier.

I use these headphones constantly. Running, biking, doing chores around the house. I'm on my third set after I wore out the first and my son chucked a log and smashed the second. Each time I ordered another one the same day. I've always struggled with earbuds falling out while I exercise and I love that I never have to worry about these coming off. I choose the mini version, fits closer to the back of your head.

Long story short, I tried the cheapest option, liked them so much we upgraded to the mid level option. The mid level option was defective but the customer service department was great and made the exchange very easy. During the “exchange” I upgraded to the Pro’s since I liked the other sets so much. The Pro’s are absolutely worth the extra money if you spend any amount of time wearing them. The noise cancelling is incredible, I usually sit next to a loud AC in my office and no one on the other end of my endless work calls can hear it. I can wander way too far from my phone with no interruption and the sound quality is great. I love that they come in mini size, fits me perfect. They don’t slide around or fall out like regular earbuds while I run and I haven’t tried it yet but it is nice that they are basically waterproof. Shokz definitely did these right!

The headphones sound loud inside (example in a store) but are pretty much useless when there is constant noise outside- on public transport, on a busy street, basically any city sounds make it impossible to hear via headphones. So unfortunately not useful for sports if you’re in a city.

A pricey "nice to have" but worth it. No longer do my earbuds fall out of my ear. Sound is awesome and control of the device is very easy. It's easy to hear people talking / background noise without sacrificing sound quality. I feel safe using while riding a bike, something I avoided with other ear buds. I definitely recommend these.

This my fourth generation of “bone phone” from Shokz. My primary use is for having music while being alert to ambient sounds while I ride my bike on East Tennessee roads. I also use while practicing foreign languages and while traveling. I lost my home recently to a fire - losing everything - and needed a replacement. The sound quality remains fine and has even improved a bit and along with a rapid charge yielding hours of listening. The water protection comes in handy if I get caught in a downpour or am listening to news while I shower.
