Not expected too much but was pretty impressed. Very comfortable, Easy enough to use and operate. Sometimes wish it be a bit more powerful but I can't expect same level of sound as from fully closed full headphones. As a small drawback is on higher volume I feel the drivers and it is not very nice feel - so I have to reduce volume and don't really hear music at that stage.

The openrun pro is great! It allows me to hear what’s happening around me which is useful when walking the nearby trails. The only draw back for me is walking where there is a lot of traffic it makes it difficult to hear whatever I’m listening to because it’s drowned out by the road noise.

Being a not in-ear headphones, I understand that I will be sacrificing some audio qualities. At normal volume, the music is fair to good. The bass is decent as well. When the volume is turned up to maximum, you will definitely feel the vibration and the sound will obviously be clearer. However, someone standing or sitting next to you may faintly hear what you are listening to. I like this unit because you don't insert it into your ear. The unit is comfortable to use but only for a few hours. I started to feel the loop over my ear after a couple of hours using it. Its most likely because I'm not used to it yet.

Although the sound quality is a step up from the Aeropex, unfortunately there is little to no water resistant on this unit. Even with a bit higher than mild sweat, the sound will distort which leaves a sour taste when thinking about the older model I replaced it with. Bone conduction was never, in my opinion, ment to compete with higher quality headphones, it was ment for safety and hopefully reliability. I now realize I might have been better off with a downgrade instead of going for the latest, which I had hoped would mean the greatest. So overall the pros are better sound quality, faster turn on, and maybe better battery life. Cons: downgraded water resistant, higher price, not suitable for hard activities.

I consider myself as a music lover and I really care about audio quality and natural sound. I own a lot of speakers, IEM's and sound systems which make me confident in this review. I would like to start with the fact that I don't use it for sports, but I use it for work since I need to have awareness of my surroundings all the time. I use it in an office environment where you can hear many people talk and I keep the volume of the headset mostly between 50-65% where I can play some background music and be able to work and listen to others which is fantastic. Sound Quality: The audio quality of bone conduction is not that good, let's be honest, you get little bass and its more focused toward the midrange. But at the same time, it is the best solution for specific application and I would give it 8/10 or 9/10 for my specific work environment. For the Shokz, the headphones sound is actually natural, and if you want to make it better, use earplugs but it will defeat its purpose of being aware of your surroundings. Fit & Comfort: Well, I ordered the mini and it fits me perfectly and I even forget that I am wearing it. I can sleep with the headphone on my head too which is so nice. It is apparent that it is very comfortable for me at least. Conclusion: It is the best solution for my case and I would really recommend it.

This device is the BEST I’ve ever had for a Bluetooth earpiece. Because it’s balanced around the back of the head, there’s not so much pressure on the ears, and especially inside the ears. I feel like I can still listen and be alert to my surroundings, yet able to hear my music, audiobooks, podcast, whatever I’m listening to; and with a simple push of a button, change over to a phone conversation and listen and talk just fine. I love this thing!

I have #ASD, and these headphones: 1. Don't touch my ears 2. Let me listen to background music during social activities (easing stress) 3. I can put in earplugs and the sound is enhanced The sound quality isn't perfect, but that's not the point, and not why I got them. It's so I can be open and hear ambient sounds, but ALSO be in control of my background. Also, nobody thinks I'm actually listening to anything, because nothing is actually in or obstructing my ears. So it's non-awkward to wear everywhere. Lastly, I love the multi-device pairing feature in the app. I use these headphones with my: TV, Computer, Tablet, Laptop, and two cellphones (don't judge me!). I wish every bluetooth device I have had this feature. _So nice_ one tiny improvement would be to allow the BTLE to switch to a multi-paired device, even if it's not currently one of the two actively connected devices.

Great headphones. Excellent sound quality despite being bone conduction. I use them when I ride my bike and do activities that require me to be aware of environment. Will always be a little less oomph compared to sealed in hear headphones but these sure come close to being just as good!!!

Sound is great and I love that I can use them for running, work or chill because they are so comfortable and I do not feel the pressure in my head like I did with other bone conduction headphones. Also since I cannot use in earphones because my ear tube is very small, bone conduction tech has been a god send for me! :)

We liked this product we bought another one exactly like it the next day, just different color. Very pleased with the operation, battery last's all day without recharging. Charges really fast. Charging device is great, bring the unit close to charging device it actually pulls the unit to the charging link (magnetic linking) Liked the color I ordered. The music sounds great! even has great bass absolutely enjoyable. No cutting off, or crazy noises during phone calls very clear. I haven't bought an ear hearing device in a long time, I lost faith. Then my brother came to visit us in February and let us try his on. Glad we did. I know we won't regret it. You won't either.
