Thank you for your review and we're sorry that you’re displeased with your rug. A few solutions that will help your rug lay flat are 1) Back rolling / reverse rolling the rug. Unroll the carpet and roll it up again in the opposite direction. To keep it secure, place heavy furniture on the rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling.
