I got the size 2-14 which is a small to medium size. I weighed 120 lbs and it fits a bit loose on my body and because of that, I would not wear it outdoors. The elastic waistband is very durable and the pad keeps me comfortably dry all day. Because of its ability to contain leaks, and maintain dryness, I would definitely recommend this product. The material is comfortable and absorbent. The small/medium covers a very large range in size, 2-14 so if you are at either end of this range they might not fit the best.
