[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To test out this product I poured 1 cup of colored water into the center. There were no leaks anywhere! The absorbency is fabulous. The material is very soft and comfortable and fits such a range of sizes that no one should have a problem finding the right size. If/when the time comes for me, I will know exactly what to buy! It would help to have an XS size, but the S/M will do.

I will admit i got these thinking they were an over night pad and thats what I used them for. All of us Mom's have "The Sneeze", the cough, the startle, the laugh. Whatever happens that causes a little problem. We dont talk about it cause it's embarrassing and gross. But it is a fact of life and just one of the many ways we sacrifice our bodies to be Mom's. I liked being able to sleep without stress my cycle was leaking or fear of the middle of the night cough that would send me running (half asleep) to the bathroom trying to hold the cough till it was safe to cough. These protected me and my bedding. They fit very comfortably but im a tosser and turner and they do bunch on the sides but I dont belive it was so much the pad as it was my bad sleeping habbits.

The crotch is narrower and made to fit women better than other brands I’ve tried. These fit well, hugging your body, with elastic stitching to help with both movement and containment. But they don’t feel like you are suffocating in a plastic bag or giant diaper. They breathe. There is a faint scent to help mask odor. And they absorb quite a bit…more than I expected. And because they’re made by Always, they paid special attention to ensure you don’t feel wet. The diaper pulls moisture away from your skin so you aren’t too miserable trying to find a restroom to replace it. It’s a sad reality of aging, especially if you’ve had children. You sometimes need protection. Luckily, Always branched out from menstrual products and crafted these wonderful disposable underwear/panties. I “always” will have them on hand. Pun intended.

She said they were extremely soft and felt just like a pair of underwear and not like a cheap rough generic diaper. She said they fit her comfortably and the size was perfect. They looked fine under her clothing and she felt extremely confident wearing them. Such a great product and so happy my mother extremely pleased with them. Highly recommend!

I’m 5’4 and 139 lbs and a size S/M fits me well. I had pelvic surgery and these underwear came in handy. They hold leakage and are very comfortable and breathable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Underwear are comfortable and absorbent. But I would not recommend they stay on for 12 hours. While they tend to keep moisture away from the skin it’s not perfect. Especially in warm weather. Skin breakdown risk increases.
