When I first saw them I thought they would feel and look bulky underneath my clothes but it didn't. It just felt like I had on a pad. I like that this underwear didn't fall apart after wearing for several hours.

Always discreet essentials is a product that will give you 12 hours of protection from “accidents” this goes on like underwear but feels like a diaper. This would be good to wear at night or on a long flight when you may not make it to the rest room. I can also see using these after a surgery when it’s hard to make it to the rest room in time. They are fairly well built, and easily disposable. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I think they may have been a little big , could maybe have used an extra small if they come in that size. They seem to work well. They are very absorbent , no leaks. The fit is perfect as sized and the protection is great. These fit very well underneath clothing and are easy to put on.

There’s a little too much to them for under slim fitting clothes. I understand wanting to buy in a larger quantity but storage is a challenge as well. Still not ruining my own underwear any longer FAR outweighs the negative aspects.

Worth the price, and i would recommend them to family and friends. The fit is perfect size and sizing is not a problem. Since they come in small, medium, large, and extra large.

I'm a very heavy bleeder and would always stain myself. They last a long time and the sizing is perfect you can't even tell you have a diaper on

I found the product to be soft and flexible. I also tested the absorbency and it did very well. I do use other Always products, such as pantyliners. I find Always to be the top brand of choice for comfort, breathable, and absorbency.
