Good quality silk. I dont use the bamboo side. But would be helpful if I had oily skin

silk side is wonderful both for my face,(side lying position) and doesn't dry my hair

The pillow case wrinkles quite a lot. It seems to keep me cool and is very comfortable to sleep on.
