Really good dish

Purchased this last week to taste before Thanksgiving. The sweet potatoes are smooth and I love the brown sugar cinnamon crumble with the pecans. As a side dish, 4 servings is about all you can get ...so therefore 8 servings total in the box as there are 2 packages to 1 box. I give the casserole 4 stars because personally the actual sweet potato was missing a little something like maybe some cinnamon mixed within the actual potato and believe it or not maybe even a little pinch of salt to heighten the sweetness of the crumble on top. For those not wanting to make sweet potato casserole, this is for you. It gets a little pricey if you have more than 8 to feed. I think $8.99 to $9.99 would be a better price point.

Hard to believe but these sweet potatoes are made just the way I like to make them. And, to be totally honest they are probably better than mine.
