My son came home and was breast fed regularly, until week 3, he wasn't sleeping well, crying all day and even in his sleep...had to give him gas drops (simethacone) constantly and it was awful. Finally we worked up the courage to PAY for a can of Nutramigen and OH my was it ever worth it! It took him about a week for us to see a change but its was like we had a new baby,and the Dr wanted us to try him on similac alimentium, so we did! Tried it for 2 days and my son went through more constipation probelms and from then on we decided no more similac for him...Now the Dr wants us to start him on a regular "cows milk formula" and we are very nervous, becaue he has been doing so well on it! Would recommend to any parents who want a not so fussy baby...just give it a few days!

For my daughters first 3-4 months of life (she's 8 months now) nothing seemed to work for her very sensitive tummy; she was super colicky! We tried this specific Enfamil formula and let me tell you this was heaven sent! I'm just so frustrated that you can't even find it because of the shortage; you are more than likely to find a purple unicorn!

I breastfed for 4 months. My daughter was diagnosed with Acid Reflux or GERD but no medicine has helped. We decided to switch to formula and this has helped wonders! I'm considering taking her off the previcid (sp) she's currently on bc I believe the formula could be the answer! She is a completely different baby now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched to this formula a month ago for my newborn daughter, as she was having difficulty even with other sensitive formulas...could quickly see the difference in her! She went from screaming and crying every night from tummy troubles, to content as could be within a week!

We started our LO on Goodstart for Fussy Babies and though adequate he would be constipated and not go once in a couple of days--even with probiotics. While his stool was not solid, it went slowly through his tummy; he would even avoid feeds. We started him on Nutramigen and his stool has consistently been soft and often watery; he goes at least once a day. If you worry about constipating, Nutramigen will likely change that.

This formula is wonderful! Little one is two and a half months old and cannot have dairy. I had been breastfeeding and supplementing with a soy formula. When I stopped breastfeeding, she became constipated on the soy formula. I purchased Nutramigen and within 24 hours, she was no longer constipated. She also loves the taste! This formula has made the transition from breast milk to formula so much easier!

I have two children under the age of two. They both experienced a sensitivity to the protein found in cows milk. I did everything to eliminate dairy from my diet but found it very difficult to control certain ingredients. My babies were colicky and uncomfortable. I could tell they were in pain from their cries. I finally integrated Nutramigen to the routine of feeding and their colic seemed to dissipate, they seemed happier. My son took the bottle and the formula at 9 weeks with out any reservations. My daughter was not as easy, but with consistency seemed to finally accept the change.
