[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time ever owning a Ninja coffee product. I've had several different brands over the years, but I was eager to try this one out. I like the set up for this coffee maker. Its pretty different from any I'm used to, but it wasn't too difficult to get used to. I like that the water tank is removable to be cleaned. We have hard water and cleaning my old coffee maker is a pain. It may seem a little tricky to operate at first glance with the options, but it was simple after the first couple set ups. Takes up a bit more space than what I'm used too, but having the coffee filter section pull out instead of lifting up is great. I love that you can choose what serving size you want its so continent. Sometimes our household will drink a whole pot of coffee in the morning, other times just a mug and the rest sits all day. You don't have to refill the water after every usage it will measure out the water that is perfect for the serving size you are needing! If you love coffee, this is a must try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this coffee machine Upon using this coffee machine it clearly tells you in the directions and in the quick start guide to clean the unit. This process takes about an hour. I cleaned this and ran about 4 cups of water to get the vinegar mixture out of the unit. That was a little time consuming but I would much rather it be clean for me to drink my coffee. I love how easy this is to use. The clock is very easily set along with the delayed brew option which is my life savior as it seems I can't get out of bed in time to make my own coffee. It is so easy to make the night before. I have tried each cup size and brew selection and I am not disappointed in how any of them turn out. The coffee tastes perfect with each setting The over all design is great I love how it looks sitting on my counter top. I also love that the reservoir is very easy to remove and replace back on the unit. The carafe I'm not totally happy with, I find it hard to clean especially the plastic straw that goes down into the carafe. I have been using brushes to clean as I find it impossible to clean by hand and I consider myself petite so make sure you have a bottle brush cleaner to maintain your glass pitcher. I like the way the filter container is like a drawer but can be pulled out for cleaning purposes. The materials used to make this brewer seem to be very high end materials nothing in the unit seems to be cheap plastic and it looks expensively made. To me it actually looks like some decoration cause of the design. The coffee brewed is about 14inches wide from the widest points and 11 inches tall and actually fits under my cabinet. No worries about filling it with water cause the reservoir comes off the machine for easy refills. The coffee ithat is amde with the ninja is perfect to my liking. It seems to heat it up fast and efficiently and the coffee to me is the perfect temperature. I really like the feature to warm the pot up as I like to sit my travel mug which is a metal material to keep the coffee warm as I am getting ready for work. Overall I am satisfied with this coffee machine. I have a hot cup super fast, probably about the same speed as a keurig if not faster.

Let me start by saying that when this machine is working it is fabulous. The coffee is great, the options for size and strength are wonderful. My problem is I have now spent $300.00 (back when this model use to be $150.00) for two of these and within the space of 15 months on the first machine and just about a year on the replacement machine and they are no both dead. Both times the issue was with the electronics. The first model just stopped brewing entirely. The second started with the clean cycle light coming on more and more frequently until it always stays lit. then this past month the only size the machine will produce is the amount dispensed for a single cup of specialty brew irrespective of what strength and size you choose. so now I have to push the regular brew button 8 or 9 times to get a half a carafe. I'll bite twice, but won't do it a third time.

I didn't realize how small the carafe actually was until the first pot was brewed. there is enough coffee for 2 standard size tumblers and a little left over. It's good for filling up and running out the door in the morning on the weekdays but lacking on the weekends. I LOVE the removable water reservoir - no more dumping water in the back of the coffee maker, and all over the counter by default. It fits perfectly under the wall cabinets and even has enough room to remove the reservoir without having to move the coffee maker back and forth on the counter top. Our next purchase will be the wire mesh filter for the coffee maker to replace the paper filters. Overall, I'd say we are happy with the purchase.

After about 4 uses the clean light came on. So cleaned it multiple times, still the light would come on, then it just decided to not make coffee anymore. But hey for a bit over 60.00, those few cups of coffee i did get were good, but worth 60.00??? I'm going back to old school stove top percolator.

Also, it does not take up near the amount of room on our counters as our old one did. Our favorite coffee brews pure and strong, just the way we like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee pot has so many options that I don't need to make adjustments to use my coffee pot because the coffee pot adjusts todoy needs. One cup or a full pot super strong the way I like it, or weaker for my friends at the touch of a button. Easy tto use and clean, I was able to make as much or as little coffee as I wanted and keep it hot. And I can use my own cup. Best of all is I can choose my own coffee and don't have to use the lovely limited selection of k-cups. This is the last coffee pot I will ever have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much better this machine makes the coffee taste compared to the Pod machine I've been using. The brand of coffee I buy is not overly expensive. I never expected the Ninja would make that much of difference in the taste but it really does. The Ninja is very stylish and simple to operate. It uses a 4" cone type filter and a few are included in the box. Also included is a very nice double sided spoon like measuring utensil. I used the large side of it and filled it 1-1/2 times with coffee then selected the 1/2 carafe button on the front of the Ninja. That makes 2 large cups of coffee. It can also brew several sizes, single cup,travel mug,1/2 carafe or a full carafe. I believe I'll save money now that I don't have to buy those expensive Pods. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family or anyone who enjoys a great cup of coffee.
