I've been exclusively using this body wash for over a decade, and I recently made my regular repurchase without noticing that it had been labeled “new” for its microbiome serum. When I went to use it in the shower, I thought at first that I must have gotten a bad batch and that it had somehow gone off, but then I noticed the subtle changes to the labeling of the bottle and realized the formulation had been changed. PLEASE bring the old version back—the new serum might be good for the skin, but the smell is enough to keep me from never purchasing this product again after loving it for so many years.

Very disappointed in the new formula. I use to love the thick lather it made on my skin. I would get out of the shower smelling good and feeling fresh. This new formula smells very cheap and is very watery. Super disappointed as I have been using this product for many years. Definitely going to look for a new soap now.

Tried most of Dove products and love this one the most. I use the shampoo and conditioner and lotion and deodorant. Was a suave user. Changed!

What happened to this product? It was my favorite for years snd now it is watery with no smell. Please brig back the old product.

I used the cucumber body wash for years and loved the refreshing, clean scent. Now, that the scent was redone, it does not smell good at all. Just smells like an overpowering soapy smell. I have to find a new body wash now.

I bought this shower gel the first time a few months ago, it had an amazing smell. Bought it for the second time last week and it has no smell at all🤨

Don't like the new formula Scent is different feel is different The scent and feel influences the purchase of this item. I'm now going to have to figure out what to switch to. Disappointed.

This used to be my favorite. It was a lovely fresh scent and now it smells horrible. Please go back to the old formula. Very disappointed. I hate that I have to look for another brand.

Very disappointed that the formula was changed (2020) I used to love the way it smelled and made me feel refreshed afterwards. Now the smell is not good and it doesn't make me feel clean. Please go back to the original formula. I won't be purchasing this anymore :( So very disappointed Dove.....I have 1 1/2 bottles left, I will use this as hand soap :(

I have been using this product for close to 15 years now and I use to love it. They changed the formula recently and now it smells awful! I can't even fathom why they would change the formula so drastically. I was hoping it was just a bad batch so I went to the store to buy more just to find out that the new formula just smells that bad! I'm so sad and practically feel like I'm having an identity crisis since I've been using this body wash for so long. Hopefully Dove changes back, but until then I have to change brands. I can't stand the new smell any more.
