I had brought my son home from the hospital and within a couple weeks he was so constipated. He was only going about once every 4 days which the doctor said was fine, but this bothered me and especially him since he was so fussy. I had called the doctor multiple times and was told to try watered down juice or give him soppositories(which were horrible to have to give to a three week old). So I changed him formula to gentlease, the worst that could happen is I would have to change it again. Within two days we was not constipated or fussy, he was happy again. The down falls to the forumla is that when they do go it smells sooo bad and is a greenish color and sticks to them. I will deal with the smell to have a happy baby though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby would be so fussy between feedings, you could tell he was gassy and uncomfortable. When we switched him to this formula we saw a huge improvement! This is great for any baby's struggling with gastrointestinal issues.

I do NOT like the new packaging. It's messy as can be, the formula sticks to the inside of the bag so you waste it even when you pour it into the tub (not to mention it goes EVERYWHERE when you do so). They raised the price and give you less of the product and I CANNOT for the life of me find ANYONE who sells the refills for this! What a waste!

My son had bloating didnt use the bathroom for days and was in very bad pain. Me and my husband started using gentlease and now he uses the bathroom twice a day, stomach is normal and no fussing. This formula has helped in every way. Thanks gentlease :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My newborn is probably lactose intolerance. When we feed her regular formula she would have super gassy stomach with poor stool quality. When we switched to this formula it really saved my baby's stomach. Although she would still have a gassy stomach but it's much less than before.

When I had my first baby I had problems finding the right formula for him ,since my breast milk wasn't enough for him, so a friend of my husband suggested enfamil gentlease, and it was the best formula I could find, way better than similar, so now with my second baby we knew exactly which formula to get, the best enfamil gentlease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and i do not regret it at all! My baby was having frequent projectile vomiting and discomfort with the last formula and that has not happened ever since I started him on this!

We have been feeding our newborn Enfamil Newborn for almost 4 weeks, but since she's been very fussy and colicky for the past 5 days, we decided to give Enfamil Genlease a try (we bought the package containing 6 - 8oz bottles). I was expecting this formula to be the solution to our problems, but it's far from that. As soon as we offered a bottle she made the ugliest expression. She hates the flavor! We spent over an hour trying to get her to at least drink 1 or 2 oz but she won't do it. She cried inconsolably! As a parent this experience is extremely frustrating. We lost our money! and will most likely have to switch to a different brand, and trash the rest of the formula if I can't find anyone to give it to. How can something that it's supposed to be good for infants it is actually so bad? I'm disappointed and dissatisfied.

We have tried two other formulas before this one. Enfamil is so much less dense than similar and it has been the only thing to help my daughter cut back on the projectile exorcist style vomiting. I can't use anything else. Plus these liquid premade bottles are great for rough nights or travel.

This formula was an amazing turn around from the colic and spitting up that the regular Infant Enfamil gave his sensitive little stomach. Had him sleeping soundly and keeping whole bottles down in just a couple days. Definitely recommend to parents with infants that are having troubles with spitting up, gas, and colic.
