I started using last night, and made my son terribly fussy and gave him gas, he cried for hours like an horrible pain. Was supposed to help these symptoms and only succeeded in agitating them. He took only three bottles, I don't know if I switch to infant formula or insist on that one.

My milk supply unfortunately ran out much sooner than expected and I was so bummed at myself for not being able to supply for my son. We've been using this specific Enfamil since then, and I'm happy to say it makes me feel a bit better that my son not only enjoys it but also doesn't seem to get very gassy or colicky with this formula. I enjoy it and so does my son.

I my daughter was very fussy using the regular newborn formula with the advice of her doctor I switched to the Gentlease formula. She started to spit up after every feeding about, she was constipated one day then the next couple of days she was fine, then constipated again. She whined more and was more fussy. She always has gas. She was doing worse than before. I have been using Enfamil products with all my children this one is my 5th, I just really do not like this brand and now I have 5 unopened cans....

I nursed both of my kids exclusively until about 3-4 months old then started supplimenting w/ formula to prepare them for my return to work. As soon as we introduced formula they both became very gassy. The Gentlease was a great solution for both of them. They has some gas of course, but they were no longer in visible pain!

We struggled to find a formula our little guy would like especially with his extreme GERD he brought everything back up but this seemed to work best for getting him to go regularly even though he didn't have much in his system! It also helped with his stomach aches!

I have used all Enfamil products since my daughters birth. She only weighed 4lbs 15ozs at birth, and we started off with the "pre-mixed" formula in the little 2 ozs. bottle at the hospital. She loved it, and did very well, and gained weight. We were noticing she was getting more and more gasy, and she was taking gas medicines often. The doctor at that point recommended we try the gentlease formula. She adjusted to it well, and we don't have the same problems with gas. She does sometimes have a little trouble getting choked. Due to the fact one of the ingredients in Corn Starch/Syrup, I think it is a little gummy. It is definitely worth the change. I think it may change her BM's and cause constipation on occassion but not regularly. She rests more soundly, and seems more content. She is doing great and growing like a weed! Thanks ENFAMIL...Great products all the way around. We have definitely been satisfied with every product!

We switched to Gentlease after my daughter became really fussy and gassy at 3 weeks old. Within a few days she was a much happier and even smiley baby. The only problem was she would spit the formula up a lot. I think it's due to my daughter possibly being lactose intolerant so the spit up may not be caused by Gentlease but if it is I wanted to make sure I added that in my review. At my daughter's 2-month check-up she hadn't gained much weight since her 1-month visit. She only gained 1 lb and I think that was due to all the spitting up. I finally switched her to soy and so far that is working the best. Enfamil has great products and excellent customer service. The only hang up I have had is trying to find the right formula for my daughter, it's almost like Enfamil has too many formula options and not enough information on which one is right for which type of baby.

It is light on his stomach! When he was born, the hospital was giving Similac, and this is something we wanted to switch to while being there. Best decision!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Babies are difficult. Not by their own fault; they are just learning how to be alive and as a first time mom I'm just trying to survive too. Unfortunately, they cannot tell us what is wrong, they can only give us clues like grunting and bringing their knees to their chest as my little one did about 10 times per hour. As the detective I am, I concluded she was having some trouble with her sensitive digestive system. We were recommended Neuropro Gentlease to help our little one and within a week she was no longer grunting and bringing her knees towards her chest as much. She started having regular bowel movements along with passing gas effortlessly - leaving me with my next mystery to solve: was it her to make that loud fart or my husband? While the smell of the formula is not that pleasant (to be honest, no formula smells like the sweet baby breath we all love), it holds up to its reputation of reducing fussiness, crying, and gas. Overall, this formula was a real game changer and my little one is less full of shhhh because of it.

We switched to this formula from Enfamil Infant because our 5mo old was getting fussy and very gassy after eating. This product has a much more watery consistency than other formulas and does not mix well. It is usually clumpy and we have to stir it to get it to dissolve. Since the switch he has had disgusting smelling gas and gets hungry faster. He wakes up more often at night to eat, even though we have not changed the amount of food or the times he eats. I know kids go through phases and spurts, but there was not enough difference in his fussiness to make the switch justified. Switched back and he's a happier baby.
