Horrible tv

I returned this tv 2 days after purchasing it. It caught fire in my living room. We heard a loud pop then smoke and fire started coming from the back of the tv. While it was off and on a surge protector. Thank goodness we were home at the time.

This TV was 300 plus tax. Not sure what other 4K tv quality looks like but this TV looks good. You have to sign up for Roku but you don't have to pay for anything. It has good apps and smart HDMI that can tell you what device you have hooked up. I would recommend this tv

Troubled sound for an attractive price.

Like most reviews for this TV... the sound is “off”. Speakers seem to point towards the wall so the sound reflecting out front to viewers is muffled or sounds “covered”. Picture quality is great. Setup is easy. Cost was very attractive and big part of decision to buy. Used only for streaming and movies. Wish the sound issue was fixed by now with all the reviews mentioning it. A sound bar might fix it, at least i am hoping so. Definitely would tell people to think about other options before buying this television. If you already have surround sound, a sound bar or another audio supplement then this might be a great purchase.

Streaming failure

Probably taking this back though I wish I didn't have to. Since buying this product two weeks ago I've had nothing but trouble trying to get streaming to work. Videos begin and then stop after no more than 2 to 3 seconds. Good picture, when it works. Works OK on cable though it sometimes hangs and needs a restart. I've tried all of the suggestions online and nothing seems to fix the problems.

For the price point this is an exceptional value. The one thing I recommend is of course adjusting the gamma and contrast to your specific liking, and using an external Roku or whatever player. The internal Roku player gets very laggy and can be persnickety. Adding another player via an HDMI slot fixes all things.

Well worth it!

Loved the price. I bought this TV for our game room, and just needed something decent for rare usage, and something that wouldn't require me to add the expense of another cable box. However, I was more than pleased when the picture and sound turned way better than I expected. And the built in ROKU with Phone App, and easy to use remote made it over the top. Couldn't be happier.

Great tv but issue with sound

The picture is beautiful and overall it's a great tv. Giving it a 4 star review because my tv has a issue when using the roku portion of the tv the sound quality is awful. Connected my sound bar to it with a co-axe cable and it improved but every couple of days the tv for some reason will reset all settings on it that I have set, so the sound isn't great and and it also randomly turns on the closed captioning.

I was very excited to purchase this TV. The price was amazing! But when we plugged in the TV and turned on, there is a distinct light line in the side of the screen where it appears lighter then the rest of the TV. Still able to watch shows but a bit annoying on darker movies

Never heard of this brand. My son bought it as an early Mother's Day gift. (I have a plasma tv(100lbs.) from 2004. It still works. But very outdated!) As far as the Element. . .so far, so good. Good price. Great features. Easy to operate. Not too many buttons. I'm not too tech savvy so this is perfect for me. And, it's super light! I can move it from room to room if need be by myself.
