Hi EdieMac, we are happy to hear you are finding your Frigidaire Portable Retro 6-can Mini Fridge. This unit can hold 6 x 12 oz beverage cans with 2 lying horizontally on the top shelf front to rear orientation and 4 standing vertically 2 x 2 below the shelf.

Hi JD, this unit cools by means of a thermo-electric cooling module that has the ability to cool 20F-25F below ambient temperature. The unit can be used for storage of make-up, beverages and snacks. It is not meant for storage of perishable foods.
