I'll probably be crucified for writing a review on this grill before having even seasoned or grilled on it, but here goes. Assembly was straight-forward. Should anyone have trouble, there is a link in the instructions for a video showing how it's done. The quality is superior to that of a comparable Weber Kettle grill. The enameled surfaces seem thicker. The grilling grate is, get this -- CAST IRON! Yes, you read that correctly. I have never been a fan of ANY type grill that does NOT have a cast-iron grilling surface. The ash receptacle looks well-designed and easy to use. The bonus for me was, our local Sam's Club were out of stock and only had a floor model, so I decided to for the first time ever, order one to be shipped to my home. At arrived two days later with no shipping charge! I cannot wait until it is properly seasoned (do NOT overlook this step -- it is IMPORTANT for the longevity of your grill!), and look forward to many years of service. I am SO over natural gas grills. They were a source of continual frustration for me. Besides, I prefer the taste of foods cooked over charcoal. Should you decide to purchase one of these grill, you will NOT be disappointed!

Great grill all the features are great it's just pretty difficult to put down the cast iron grate once you have your hot coals due to the fact that's heavy too but will last for years.

I bought this grill for my husband on father's day and he loved it. It's so well made, took little time to put together and it did a fantastic job grilling cornish hens, burgers and peaches. Excellent product by Sam's Club!

I brought this for my son and his wife. They said it cooks good. They love that the grill have a lid attachment. The soot is an easy cleanup because of the attached pan.

We were able to put this grill together in less than an hour. It did take both of us to hold pieces and assemble. The cast iron grill surface, once seasoned, is perfect cooking. I love cast iron - long lasting and durable!

I bought the grill on-line and received it with several missing pieces of hardware (nuts and screws) and it also had a severe blemish that was raised, unfinished metal filings that actually cut my hand. Sent an email about the problem and never heard back.

Nice grill for the money but one of the screws sent for the handle was different than the other and was too long. Also the cast iron grate has now cracked through in multiple places after only a couple of uses. I will be pursuing the warranty on this.

Grill is very fragile, I ordered for store pickup and once I put together the grill, the grill was not able to close due to damage, the inside tabs that hold the grill are cheap and barely hold the grate for the food, got water on cooking surface and already rust within one day of having, very cheap and poorly made.. I knew for the price it would be cheap but I expected the grill to at least shut
