Great item. Very cool light display.

Haven’t taken out of the box yet. It’s Christmas time for you, but not yet for me.

I purchased one, and when I turned it on part of the light panel had pulled away from the inside surface. I returned it and bought another. When I turned it on it had the same issue. I really like it a lot, but the decor seems to have an issue with quality control.

Bought 9 all together. Returned 3 red. Bought 3 more and all that I returned had the same issue. The center lights were not glued to the side walls. Very disappointing. The gold and silver were fine. I went back to return again and all the red were gone. I called the number on the instruction flyer no answer mail box is full. I sent an email to customer service around a week ago and no response . Hopefully Sams club will look into this vendor and not allow them to put their items for sale any longer. I will not buy anything from this vendor again. After reading the reviews I am not the only one that had this issue. There seems to be many.

We purchased the red one and got it home and all set up outside only to realize the light strip In The middle section had come loose and didn't illuminate the area the way it was supposed to. Took it back the next night and we tried every single red AND gold ornament at the store before exchanging and they all had the same issue! We ended up just going back and telling them we would have to do refund instead of exchange as bad as we wanted another one.

Pros: The 3-D effect is genuinely impressive with great potential! But the execution? Let's say it missed a few bright spots. Half of All of them arrived with LED lights playing hide-and-seek, some had mysterious dead zones, others No Glue behind Lights. Plus a few key metal attachment points decided to take a vacation. One frame set screw hole? Well, it's more ‘set-free' thanks to being stripped out. Not trying to nitpick, just hoping the next batch gets it all glued and tightened up

Don't waste your time. Product tearing getting out of box.

We bought 2 red and the light panel was broken. We went back to the store and opened each box hoping to find an unbroken one. The manager came up to sarcastically comment on opening boxes. He didn’t seem to care that all of them were broken. My sarcasm is “great customer service”.

I want exactly sure what some of the negative reviews were referring to with the center section of lights. Upon unboxing the product, I realized what they meant. Most of the center section light strip wasn't even glued in place. This cannot be fixed as the lights are sealed inside. Total disappointment. Hard to believe Sams Club isn't aware of this issue.

Lights came unglued after 3 nights. Returned
