They are incredibly comfortable and soft, and the best part is they don’t feel like a diaper, which was something I was concerned about. As someone going through perimenopause, I’ve found these give me peace of mind. I didn’t even notice she was wearing them as the other brand looked like she was wearing a bulky diaper. She was able to put them on and take them off easily. They absorb well however one night she did leak through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wearing these Always Discreet Essential Underwear for a few weeks now and I am finding them to be a great asset when I am going out. I am 46 years old and have been experiencing leakage, which causes so many issues. I decided to we to try these because I wanted something that felt more like I was wearing underwear rather then a bulky pad. They feel natural. It absorbs just as it says and there are no odors. I like that it’s a soft and stretchy material and I like that they fit snug. They don’t roll down or slide off. I am 189 pounds and am able to fit in the S/M for size 2-14, but I do believe I would prefer the fit better by going up to a Large. I like that there is a chart on the box to tell size compared to weight. That’s very helpful. Something else that’s very helpful is there is a light pink stitching that tells me where the back is. I need that! I don’t wear these at night, just when I am planning long days away from home or when I have a lot of activity I’m doing and they are comfort’s keener and get the job done! I’m pretty happy with these.

I got the size 2-14 which is a small to medium size. I weighed 120 lbs and it fits a bit loose on my body and because of that, I would not wear it outdoors. The elastic waistband is very durable and the pad keeps me comfortably dry all day. Because of its ability to contain leaks, and maintain dryness, I would definitely recommend this product.
