I recently had a few procedures that required bed rest, and I was not able to get to the restroom as fast as usual. These Always Discreet incontinence protection disposable undergarment were a godsend. They come in a case of 56, which for a caregiver is a good quantity, for the occasional need is plenty. This particular size is meant for people of size, XL fits 200-300lbs or size 20-26W. They fit comfortably, and I was able to get them on and off easily, like a normal pair of underwear. I didn't have any major issues but they seem like they would be very absorbent, they held up to everything my convalescing took to. I highly recommend these for anyone who might be having an issue, or for a caregiver who needs these for their patient. They do work well, a quality incontinence protection product.

If you could see anything showing they’re almost like a diaper feeling wise unfortunately I couldn’t tell you if they are exorbitant enough because I wasn’t going to pee in them lol but if you have a loved one who are in need of these, I would recommend this product. They feel adorable enough to wear as actual underwear’s.

I tried these adult undergarments recently but would not purchase them for myself nor could I recommend them to others without giving my honest feedback. The truly feel like you are wearing an adult sized diaper. They do protect from leaks as the advertise but that comes at a price of comfort. I also feel, they are not environmentally conscious either. None of the materials come from recycled materials including but not limited to the packaging.

This underwear locks in leaks and odor with maximum protection. These are disposable pull up underwear and there is pink stitching, which indicates the backside. I selected the S/M size which is 2-14 size or 100-190 lbs. The box they sent included 56 briefs which was more than I was expecting. These underwear are lightly scented, however not too overpowering. The Always discrete essentials are not too bulky so you cannot tell that you’re really wearing them which is nice. They are FSA approved too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Always Essentials Underwear’s are comfortable to wear and they provide good absorbency. The waistband is very stretchy and it fits comfortably. There are light pink threads on the waistband as indicator of front and back side. I like that it has a large padded area on the back so I don’t need to worry about leakage when I sleep. These can be worn during the day too. They don’t look bulky under my clothes. There is a very light scent in them and it’s not overpowering at all. Overall a good quality product.

Now I wore mine with looser shorts but I believe that even with tighter jeans or a more slimming dress then these will fit fine for all your unmentionables. They lasted me a full day out walking with family and had no issues at all. I can’t complain on any leakage as that area in my life currently is at a minimum but on occasion you get that moment where leak stoppage is important and I have faith that these would fit to a small amount of leakage, if like me, sometimes you just can’t get there fast enough. I grabbed a couple extra and the slimmer design fit perfect in my bag just in case I needed to change.
