I got the size 2-14 which is a small to medium size. I weighed 120 lbs and it fits a bit loose on my body and because of that, I would not wear it outdoors. The elastic waistband is very durable and the pad keeps me comfortably dry all day. Because of its ability to contain leaks, and maintain dryness, I would definitely recommend this product. Always discreet essentials is a product that will give you 12 hours of protection from “accidents” this goes on like underwear but feels like a diaper. This would be good to wear at night or on a long flight when you may not make it to the rest room. I can also see using these after a surgery when it’s hard to make it to the rest room in time. They are fairly well built, and easily disposable. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

It is look like underwear with pad, since I have a beige color, not the white as the other brand have. Is slim enough that I can wear under my jeans. I wish it have absorbency so I can let my mother to try it on too.
