We ordered this for our 20 month old. He loves it. It seems super sturdy and durable! I will say ours didn't come with any type of tools like someone mentioned in a previous review. The box says you only need a screwdriver, but you def want a drill. It would take forever with just a screwdriver since most of the holes don't even go all the way through. Assembly was pretty easy with a drill. Seems like it'll hold up well.

I thought it would be a little bit bigger inside-I have a 4 year old that is probably going to outgrow this in the next year, but thankfully my 1 year old will be able to enjoy it for years to come. I also wish the floor inside didn't have any grooves to make it easier to sweep. (I also thought it came with the broom that was in the photo, but that's okay:) Overall, it's a great product for the (rollback!) price, it arrived alot quicker than I thought, the kids love it, and I'm very satisfied with it so far!

We purchased this playhouse for our one-year-old and three-year-old daughters, and they love it. We checked prices and features of various playhouses from different stores, and for the money, we really like this one. It has a door, shutters on the windows, a doorbell, a phone, small places to sit, and a sink/stove burner. Both the doorbell and phone make noise, which the girls love. It is big enough for both girls to stand in, plus a few other kids. It's sturdy enough for their use. You could have this indoors, but we have it outside in our play area with the swingset. The floor is a definite bonus for this. If you are looking for a nice quality playhouse that's not too expensive, this is a good one.

It's a neat little house, great for the price and if you have one or two young children, it definitely won't fit more than that. The inside isn't as fancy as some of the higher prices ones. Easy to assemble too. Just be careful, if the huge box doesn't fit in your car or you want it delivered, you are paying at $40 freight charge on top of the price. I had to go this route and the house arrived a month late! The freight company you are supposed to use is a nightmare to deal with.

Bought this for my Granddaughter when she was 4, 2 yrs ago an she still has lots of fun in it. I made her some curtains for it and put a pretty rug in it. We made a clock and hung it in there an framed family pics. an hung them in it. I put mail in her mail box each time she comes for a visit an ring the doorbell to pay her a visit. Ha. She Loves playing in it.

We bought this playhouse for our 3 yr old boy and 2 yr old girl for Christmas. We had it shipped for free using site to store. It was easy to put together. My husband did it alone and it took him about 30 minutes. It's very sturdy and roomy. It's not as big as I imagined it to be (but for me that's a good thing since I'm keeping it inside and was worried about that) But it's big enough for my 10 yr old to get inside with the little two and play. My kids absolutely love it. They like opening the windows and playing with the phone. They actually fight over the phone a lot so I've had to take it away a couple of times. My only complaint is that the table/sink thing inside wobbles a good bit and I've had to tell the kids several times not to lean on it because it looks like it will break off. Other than that the rest of the house is very sturdy and sound. Great product for a decent price. Less expensive than the others I looked at and much better quality.

This is a good product for someone with a child under the age of 3. My daughter is 4 and recently got this for Christmas. While the size is a little on the small side it seems to do exactly what she wanted it for a play house. My nephews (ages 7 and 5) were over and they have to duck to get in and while they are in it. Overall, I would recommend this product as it fits what my daughter uses it for. I do think she will out grow it soon as she is already almost too big for it. I think the age on this product should be between 12 months and 3 years. If your child is older than 3 years then look at a bigger one, or they will out grow it quickly.

I bought this for my neice who was turning 1 and walking around like crazy; she has a fascination with shutting things so this was perfect. I have no complaints, however, I was a little skeptical about purchasing after reading some comments from other buyers. I am totally 100% impressed with this playhouse as it is small enough to fit in her room and she plays constantly with it. The door bell is awesome as well as all the other perks for it !

Nice playhouse for the price. My son loves it and we have to really work to get him to leave the house to come inside. My only issue is that the phone broke in less than one week of having the house. I have written to the company for a replacement part.

This is just a wonderful playhouse. My 3 year old loves it. She plays in it all the time. The only thing I am writing bad about it is that it has really gone up in price over the past year. We got ours almost to the date a year ago NOT ON SALE and it was only $135.00. Glad we got it last year when we did! WOW what a price increase compared to the same time last year!
