My son loves it. The only problem I had was that there was no hardware in the box. I'm not sure if it was supposed to come with it. It required about a dozen screws to secure the pieces together. Luckily I had some and didn't need to make s trip to the hardware store.

Easy to assemble. Great for small children. My three year old grandson can stand once inside, but has to duck to enter door. Seats are very small. Kitchen table with sink and stove, not very sturdy. It bends when pressed down on, and I'm afraid the screw holding it to the wall will come out.

Stop reading other reviews and buy this house now! I spent countless hours searching for the perfect playhouse for my almost 3 year old niece. After reading reviews, I decided on this one. She loved it! We haven't been able to get her out of the thing. Awesome price and great quality. The phone and door bell make sounds, which was a great touch. There are two seats (a little small, but they do the trick for a toddler) and a table with a sink. The windows open and shut. We strung Christmas lights around it and she thought it was the coolest thing ever. It was really easy for my 60 year old parents to put the house together. It took less than an hour- by the time I went out to help, they were finished. :) Very happy with my purchase!

It's big. My 5 year gets in here with my 2 year old daughter... they play here quite a bit... I think they just like the door and door bell and sticking stuff through the mail .... and they use the house phone that comes with it ... the kitchen grill thing pretty pointless for Them ... was a good choice for them ... just can't fit in my house cuz it's big so will Put in the yard... didn't want to Cuz I don't wanna get it sun bleached dirty and stuff

This was bought for my son's 1st birthday. He loves it and is wearing out the door. He like to go in and out, in and out. The door bell and phone sounds are barly audible, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. Fairly easy setup, electric drill needed! All in all we love this product.

What a darling little playhouse!! It was easy to put together and is light weight to move. We bought this for our great grandkids and they love to play in it. The little bench by the table is just right to have a tea party and the doorbell that rings and the fireplace are a cute addition. At $125, our kids will get lots of entertainment out of it.

I bought this little house for my 20 month old daughter and she loves it. We have her little house in our play room and it fits perfect! The house is cute and she loves to go in and out with her dolls. My husband and I put it together in no time at all. The house is sturdy and a perfect size. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this house for fun time for a toddler.

We bought this as a 2nd birthday present for our daughter. She loves to ring the doorbell before she goes in. The door is easy to open and close. There is even enough room for an small chair. My sister's 3 and 4 year olds fit in it fine as well. It has been a huge hit with the kids. We're having a hard time keeping our 10, 8, and 6 year old out of it! Our toddler likes to pretend it is a restaurant and serve "food" to her brothers and sister through the window.

My daughter got this for her 2nd Birthday and loves it. She plays in it for hours. She loves everything about it. As a parent I love how it has the plastic bottom to it. It keeps out the bugs easily, well unless she has forgetten her snacks in there and the next day ants every where. The good thing is I was able to just take a water hose to it and get them all out and it was easy to just move in a different area. The price was great at Walmart. All other sites were at least $60 more dollars.

This playhouse is the perfect size for my 3 year old son. He loves the swinging door and "shutters", as well as the realistic sounding doorbell. I usually hand off this type of assembling to my husband but was able to put the house together in under an hour using a power drill.
