This playhouse is very sturdy and absolutely perfect for my three year old granddaughter. The big selling points for me were the floor and the table and seats. And the doorbell is a really cute touch. The price was very reasonable and the set up was easy. Great purchase!

Fairly easy to construct though definitely needed two adults so one could hold the parts in place while the other screwed them together. My three year old daughter and her friends have enjoyed ringing the doorbell, making pretend phone calls and having tea parties at the little table.

I bought the Neat & Tidy Cottage for my 2 yr old son as a birthday gift. I took advantage of the Site to Store and the rollback price. Rec'd the product no problem - - and my husband put it together in less than 2hrs. He does recommend using a electric screwdriver. We set the cottage up in his room and it fits perfectly so he can play anytime he wants!

It was reasonable priced (was on sale) The table coould be designed a little stronger, since toddlers tend to want to climb, we are going to reinforce the table when summer comes and it goes outside. All in all very cute and nice design, great colors for boys (hard to find houses and kitchen sets and dishes sets, that aren't pink and purple). I would recommend to anyone looking for a medium priced and medium sized play house.

We purchased this for my daughter's second birthday and she loves it. She loves to ring the doorbell and talk on the phone that came with it. I love that it has a floor. I only wish it was a little bigger, but no complaints of the size from my daughter or her 6 year old brother, who likes to play in it too.

I bought this item for my two year old. It is decent for the price, however I wouldn't recommend it. It's a tad bit unsteady and not as heavy as other Step2 products. The screwdriver holes are filled in with plastic still, so it takes a lot of effort to build it. After hours of putting it together, I realized the door was missing! Hopefully, this issue will be resolved.

This Neat and Tidy Cottage is very durable. The color scheme is kinda bland but does the job. The door bell has a life like sound. The seats inside are kinda of small but they do there job. Very easy to put together. Just use a portable drill for all screws. Let me end with one slight complaint with the directions. The directions I received didn't have a step to install the post with the phone attachment. That is a vital part to have missing on the instructions...I just followed the same steps as I used with the post with the mailbox slot...

My 16 month son loves to play in this house. The phone is his favorite thing, and he loves to open the shutters. When we picked it up we came home and tried to put it together. There where no screws, washers, or hardware. This product was easy to put together. Over all it was a pretty good product just had to pay for the hardware out of pocket.

This product is amazing. It comes into work different colors one for boys and one for girl which is amazing as a mother of three girls I want my kiddos to have girly toys. This product is sturdy. It's pretty good size so if you plan on keeping it inside like I did you'll need some space to put it in. Even thought it was a huge box it arrive promptly. Overall this product is amazing.

The cottage was a hit to all the kids at my granddaughter's 2nd b'day party. It was easy to put together, small enough to be a small childs house and big enough for the older kids to enjoy. It is bigger that most houses made by Little-Tykes and the telephone and doorbell just add to the fun the children had. Great for next to swing set and other play toys outdoors. My little dog even went in it and my granddaughter put a little chair inside for company to sit.
