This playhouse has very good directions and it went together very easily with two people in about 20 minutes. One person probably could do it as well just a bit longer in time. One tip is to be sure to have 2 aaa batteries handy for the doorbell as it doesn't come with. We had to screw the doorbell in without installing the batteries because we didn't have any, but it should be easy enough to put some in later. Also, having a screw gun makes the job a lot easier too because you are screwing into plastic that has just an indication in the it but no existing hole. When we got it together I couldn't wait to show my 2 1/2 year old. She loves it! She spent an easy hour and half playing in it the first time! She loves to open and close the door and shutters. She brought all of her kickballs into it and sat at one of the seats with the table. There is also plenty of room to sit on the floor. Love this playhouse, I am really happy with this purchase.

My 20 month old daughter loves it. My only complaint is that the plastic is a little more flemsy than I thought it would be considering we paid 140$ for it. But it is a very nice play house. I would definitely buy it again at the same price even knowing what I know now.

We just received our cottage and so far the kids love it! We bought it primarily for our 16 month old, but our very tall 4 year old is also enjoying it. I love that they can both go in there and play independently. Great addition to our outside play area. I look forward to using it all Summer!

Very nice and the kids at the daycare I operate love it. Graet for kids upto the age for as it is small. The ceiling is lower than the larger model I have at home outside. @ kids play well together in this. The colors are very nice. Went together fairly fast too!

We bought this for our son for his 2nd birthday.  He loves to go in and out of the door and to ring the door bell.  I like that it has a floor in it and it can be washed off with the hose.  I wish it was a little taller, because at 36' tall my son will outgrow it sooner rather than later.  I would recommed this to anyone!

Super cute!!!! My 3 year old (and even my 10 year old) are having a blast with this super cute playhouse. We love the working doorbell, the kitchen sink that turns into a "grill" for outside of the playhouse cooking, and the bottom that is actually made of hard plastic instead of just sitting on the ground. I love this feature because it will make playing in it a lot cleaner and also when I finally put it outside for spring I will be able to check for snakes or other animals inside the playhouse a lot easier. Also I like that the roof is one piece instead of two. It seems to make the playhouse a lot sturdier than others we have had in the past. Overall for the money it's a no brainer!!!!

We bought this for our 2 yr. old granddaughter. She loves it. But, Grandpa has some issues. First, none of the holes are pre-drilled, so make sure you have an awl handy(they neglect to tell you this in the questionable instructions). And some areas didn't have a target to pop either. Good price for a stage 2, but we wish there were more 'embellishments'. Like decals, or caps to hide the visible screws. A real nice touch would be little flags that go in the roof screw holes.

I bought this Playhouse when it was on sale and used the store pick-up feature to get the free shipping. It is a great playhouse and my 1 year old loves it. It is very sturdy and I like how there is a floor in the bottom so no grass can grow up into it. Would definitely buy this brand again.

My husband & I purchased this for our daughter's first birthday. She loves it and will surely continue to grow into it, as we didn't want a smaller house for her to quickly out-grow. Her 4 year old sister loves playing in it as well. It's a great gift that satifies both children. My husband said it was easy to put together . . . it was just a little tricky for him to be in the assembled house & make some adjustments. I put the value as 4 because I noticed a sticker peeling off earlier this evening, maybe due to our humid temps lately. Overall, I am pleased with the product and the joy it brings to my girls.

I bought this for my 2 and 3 year old little girls. It was easy to put together and they absolutely love playing in it. They have play dates and eat lunch on the little seats and table. The only thing I am buying for it is a small kitchen rug for the flooring to make it more cozy. Definitely a great buy!
