Assembly waSnt that bad, probably an hour. But phone is just a piece of hollow plastic.

Amazing my granddaughter loves it

My 2 year old loves it! I researched A LOT of play houses before buying this. I have no complaints.

Very easy to assemble. Great little playhouse. Got it for my daughters 2nd birthday, she loves it.

The only downfall is there's no drainage.

My 2 yr old loves this playhouse - I am glad we got it for her. Its just a bit smaller than I expected. The width is ok, but I was hoping it would have a little more depth to it. The seats and table on the inside could be a tad bigger as well.

My daughter is 16 months old and LOVES it! She loves ringing the doorbell and opening and closing the front door. Her 6 year old brother also enjoys playing with her inside their little cottage.

I'm disappointed I spent my money on a smaller than expect and cheaply made playhouse. I wish I would have bought a different brand that was more sturdy.

My husband and I purchased this cottage for my daughters first birthday. It is sitting in our living room until the weather gets warm. She Loves it! We can even get in it with her. We cant wait until its warm enough for her to play outside in it.

This was a little more difficult to put together than expected as there are no real holes in the plastic - using a simple screwdriver was tough with some of the thicker pieces. It's cute though and decent for the cheap price.
